It was an amazing time! Everything was as described. The only recommendation I can make is bring your own pillows, they don’t provide good ones at the property.

We had an amazing week! What a great house for multiple families to enjoy together! We had 4 families all in one house and this was the best house for us! Close walk to the beach and ice cream, pool out back, hot tub when it was chilly, and a downstairs area to let the big kids “get away.” We will stay here again! We really enjoyed it!

Great house and location

Only issues was the backyard grass was very high and someone threw watermelon rinds (not home owners issue) in it so the littles could play in the yard. Pool and hot tub were fab. Beautiful house! Location is fantastic. We hope to stay here again whole family had a brilliant time, very comfortable and layout is perfect!

Overall, our family enjoyed a great stay and location. Elevator was perfect for one of the grandparents who has mobility issues and for bringing groceries and suitcases to the upper levels. Beach was a short walk and had parking area at beach access including handicap parking for those who need it. Location to other acitivites was great as well. Pool, hot tub and pool table were a hit for our group. Beds were okay but better pillows are needed and extra bedding layers for those who need it. Kichen well stocked for large groups and we loved the open space on the top floor. Perfect for a large group (we had 14). The inside of the home was quite nice. One big concern was all the extreme rusting on outdoor furniture and fixtures including the upper deck ceiling fan, outdoors spickets, hammock and porch swing. The porch swing chains actually snapped and came crasjing down when sat on due to extreme rusting on the chains. Very unsafe so check carefully before using the outdoor furniture or touching things outside. I provided pictures to the property management company and they came and removed the swing from the deck. Hopefully they will look closely at the property before the next visitors arrive and remove/replace all the rusty areas mentioned. The ceiling fan on the deck is especially concerning.

Great time in the outerbanks

This place was perfect for us. The pool, hot tub and pool table were a hit. There is a bball hoop, beach is super close, and the dunes were also walkable. The house has an elevator, which was clutch for the top floor kitchen. Great place for a mixed age family, especially if anyone has mobility issues.Overall wonderful.

family time at the beach

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We each had our own space and there were ample bathrooms. The teens were able to take over the ground level which was perfect for them with big tv for video games etc. They loved it!! The pool and hot tub were major attractions and the nearness to the beach was great. Plenty of seating on the various decks with sun and shade. Loved the week!!

Great house!

Great house with plenty of space for everyone! Clean and comfortable stay with extra amenities in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and all that Nags Head offers. Rental company was easy to work with as well.

Great house for families

Having all my kids and their spouses plus 2 grandkids under one roof was wonderful. This house is big enough that we didn’t feel on top of each other and had enough room that we could find an “alone “ space when needed. My only disappointment is my husband is handicapped and when listing said one bedroom had a separate shower and tub I assumed it was standard size. The shower was RV sized so a shower chair was difficult to fit and more difficult to sit on once in there. Other then that it was fabulous. Family games were there to use, books for adults as well as kids books and a basket of coloring sheets and crayons. We were there 5 days and saw the pool/hot tub cleaning cre twice. I highly recommend!

Wonderful home for mid-sized family vacation!

We had an amazing time staying here for a week with grandparents, parents and grandchildren! House was very clean inside, there were remnants of a water balloon fight scattered all over the back of the house but I’d place the blame for that on the renters that obviously didn’t pick up after themselves. We had great experiences with Outer Banks Blue sending maintenance out when needed to fix a cracked toilet seat, very timely and professional! Linens provided were very comfortable and we were given plenty of towels for our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Lovely home in nice neighborhood; short walk to beach

This house was perfect for our Mother/Daughter get-away. With a pool, hot tub, and short easy walk to beach, 2nd floor held most bedrooms, all connected by a deck, sunny open top living area/great room, and first floor additional living/rec area. I stayed in the top floor bedroom and the bed was so comfortable. Walking distance to ice cream place, short drive to grocery, shopping, and gas. Directly across from entrance to Jockey's Ridge. Perfect location.

Great house for a lot of adults

It was a great experience with only a short walk to the beach. Could use a new refrigerator in the kitchen we couldn’t get the food to stay cold we had to move to downstairs refrigerator. Highly recommend though for large families and in a great neighborhood.

Great vacation house

Excellent location and house. Only criticism was that the cleaning crew left bottles and glasses on the deck that we needed to clean when we got there. Also clothes left in the dressers. Would highly recommend this house and would rent it again.
