The property was a wonderful fit for us. We had activities to keep us busy during the winter and it was even pet friendly. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

OBX

The house was exactly as it was pictured. Everything was in great shape.The beds were comfortable. The house was beautiful. The pool and the hot tub were well enjoyed and in great shape. The only drawback to us was that the house is a block from the main road which was very noisy when you were enjoying the outer decks or pool. House is so well built we couldn't hear a thing indoors. Not a quick walk to beach.

Great vacation resort rental

We had a great time making memories with our family last week. The house was furnished beautifully and we especially loved the pool and hot tub! I do wish that beach access had been closer because it’s a chore to haul beach gear. I also wish they provided quality towels and more of them. For the price we spent, more luxurious towels and hand soaps should have been provided. Overall though we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back to the OBX area.

Underwhelmed

Overall the house was nice, the location is right next to a major highway. The tile floors had several cracks throughout and were not very clean, there were several trip hazards on improperly installed deck boards. Several items did not work properly. The sauna doesn’t work, one of the video games was broken, the pool heater is undersized and doesn’t heat the pool at all, it was un-usesble despite paying almost $500 for. The management company (resort realty) told me it was too cold out so the pool heater wouldn’t work. Why sell me the option if it doesn’t work. After several complaints they offered me a partial discount for the useless pool heater. I will not rent from resort realty any more, the women from there was rude and basically told me there was nothing they could do about the pool heater or sauna , she told me they don’t advertise the sauna because it doesn’t work but there are several pictures of it on the site. We love OBX and ultimately had a great time but will certainly not rent from resort realty ever again.

Awesome

Great house for a large family. Elevator was perfect for the older folks. Game room on the lower level was great. Pool table not exactly level and golden tee arcade game was not working. However, I was able to fix it, do I get a rebate for that? Pool was perfect, if you go in the summer, no need to have it heated. I saw other reviews about complaints being near the Sonic. Not a big deal at all. Great and perfect vacation house!!!

Weekend in Nags Head

The house was nice and as listed. I was hesitant on location from another review but location wasn't an issue. The only issue was the hot tub wasn't clean so we couldn't use it & trash wasn't picked up. Leaving trash cans running over from previous guests. We had no where to put our trash. I called maintenance and was told someone would come take some away but never came. Other than that it was a great weekend and we would rent the home again.

Buckroe Beach Bums 2022

Thank you for an amazing time & place to spend a week with friends! Loved all the extras and plenty of space for all of us😊There we’re a couple of appliances (media room tv & the right side dishwasher) that didn’t work, but all in all a great house!!!

Awesome OBX house!

We loved our stay in this rental! Finding such a modern house with seven king bed suites was amazing. There was one downside, zero out of the two microwaves in the kitchen we’re working. Every time we would run one, it would trip the breaker. But other than that, the house was fantastic!

Very dirty upon entering! Had to recall housekeeping to reclean ! Floors NEVER mopped and black feet all week 😫! After second cleaning ( floors still never mopped) was fun vacation for 20 people

We had a great stay at trails wind 6 this place was absolutely fantastic.

Beautiful place. Lots of room , clean , neat, nice , very well kept. The media room and game room was nice for rainy days we had . We also had some great times in the pool and hot tub . This was the perfect house for us and I would definitely rent it again . Thank you for all the wonderful features of this property. The beds slept great and the kitchen was amazing . The whole family loves this place and we had a hard time leaving Because we loved it so much . Tha Johnson Family from forest

Nice House BUT Filthy!!! And next to a Sonic!

Overall it is a nice house HOWEVER...we had to check in 2 hours later due to “COVID Sanitization Procedures”, which are a joke. The house was filthy dirty, trash left in and outside of the house, and the cleaners had already been there...and knew nothing of the “Sanitizing Procedures”. She came back to try to take care of the issues (toothpaste on sinks, unwiped surfaces, dirty dishes in cabinets, trash, etc.) but she wanted us to walk her around for over an hour using the same dirty rag throughout. She didn’t even have a vacuum with her and only used a broom! How do you clean carpeted areas with a broom!? We then had to buy our own cleaning products to reclean everything which took 3 hours. The next day my guests found various pills on the deck and also one of the rooms which we turned into Resort Realty. Despite us spending our entire first day there taking care of their mess, the Realty Manager offered us $100 for our trouble despite spending a fortune for the week. Oh, and by the way, the house is nice inside, but is not situated in the best spot if you want to sit on the front deck. It is in a strange spot behind other houses next to an empty lot. The pictures taken of the outside also do not show that you face a gift shop, a pizza place and a Sonic! Sonic trash is everywhere outside. People also walk through your front yard to get to the stores like it’s nothing. Gourmet kitchen = 3 small frying pans that stick to EVERYTHING!
