The property is much nicer than shown in the pictures. The area for the pets is secure and easy to clean. The appliances were in great condition. (ie: washer/dryer, refrigerator) If I were to improve on anything it would be simple things. I would make sure to have enough dw detergent, a few spices, garbage bags, and maybe a small basket of coffee or tea to get people through the first night. The cable system only works on the upstairs tv and only if you use whatever you own at home. Very strange. The other thing missing is rugs. There were 3 in the entire home, that were located in the bathrooms. Still a lovely home. I just expected more at the price paid for an off season, Ocean View home.

Great trip to Nags Head

Our stay was perfect. The amenities were exactly as expected. The house was very clean. The communication was great. I appreciated that they went out of their way to make sure we were aware of a very minor and temporary issue with the elevator ahead of the trip. We would happily go back to this house.

Big place with great location

For our family reunion, no kids, this was perfect. It was roomy, comfortable and well appointed. We cooked in and ate out. It was easy for both due to two fully supplied kitchens and a great location. The bed were very comfortable and the foosball and pool table made for some spirited competition. We were all more than satisfied.

Awesome

The house was perfect for our family! Plenty of space! Communication with host was excellent! I would only “warn” about the prickly plants. They are everywhere so wear your shoes at all times and check your animals paws for them frequently. Other than that we had a wonderful time in a wonderful house with a wonderful host!!!!

Review

This property was well equipped with all necessary kitchen supplies. My only concern is that my car was damaged by the crumbling driveway. When I spoke to the owner, she was extremely unprofessional and did not believe that my car was damaged by driveway. She said that one of her employees saw me ride off the driveway.

Family Vacation

House is well set up for a large family gathering - plenty of gathering spaces, porches and comfy furniture on every level. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked for that! Beach access right across the street.

Perfect for Family Vacation

If you are looking for a place to vacation in OBX and have a large family group, this is your place to rent! The house is beautiful inside and has everything you need to live comfortably for the week. The staff were VERY accommodating. Ronni was great to work with. We had a minor issue with a door and the maintenance man was there quickly to look at it. We were missing one set of sheets for a bed, and the house manager delivered within the hour. The house is located across the street from the ocean, but the walk to the ocean was not unmanageable. If oceanfront, it would have been perfect! The kiddos loved the movie and game rooms and had a fun time playing on the outdoor ping pong table. We vacation over the 4th of July and anticipated being crowded and congested. But never had a problem getting around or waiting in lines. I would suggest making dinner reservations before travel to the area, because they restaurants fill up fast. Highly recommend choosing this location for your stay!!

Wonderful get away

It's a new tradition to go away for New Year's. Three generations. Plenty of room for our large family. Beds were comfy and everyone had their own room. We didn't use the bottom floor except for one bedroom, but it would totally be useful in season when the pool is open. The only unnegotiable items in our search is pool table and elevator. This house has much more!

Great place for a large group!

This house worked so well for our family gathering! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and the only house we've ever stayed at with a dining room table that all of us could fit at! It was very clean and just across the street from a beautiful beach! Kitchen had plenty of supplies and hosts were very responsive.

Wonderful family beach week

This is a spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable property for a large multi-generational group. The house is exactly as advertised, the beach access is easy, the kitchens have every appliance and utensil one could want for a wonderful week of cooking, eating and relaxing together.

Great Host and House

The house had everything we could ever need—lots of amenities. Ronnie was fantastic at answering any questions. We would highly recommend this house and any of the other houses hosted by the same property management team. We could see the water and the sun rise from our 3rd floor deck!

Perfect Place in Nags Head, and That Dining Table!!!

We have a large family and have a hard time finding places that can accommodate all of us, but this house was perfect! It has plenty of beds, two kitchens and plenty of space to spread out. I mean, it has six decks! And we can't overlook the huuuge dining table that fit all of us, possibly for the first time ever. The house is just across the street from the beach with easy access. It's far enough away from the busy shopping areas but close enough to get there quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if the family wanted to come back next year... and we rarely ever go to the same place twice.

Family reunion

We enjoyed a nice family reunion in Nags Head because of this property. The weather did not cooperate so we spent more time indoors then we expected. Fortunately the home was spacious and we were able to relax comfortably and enjoy each other.

Relaxing and Fun

There was plenty to do inside. It was a little chilly during our time there. We enjoyed the pool table and puzzles. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom which was wonderful. We even had a great movie night. This was our second time staying here and we were not disappointed We wi definitely be back and looking forward. Hopefully the weather will be better so we can use the pool.
