Great Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family ( from 18 to 81)thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had all the amenities we could ask for and we had little or no difficulties. The few issues were outside the control of the owners or management company: an inconsistent internet connection, and the neighboring house was being renovated all week. The views were spectacular, pool and hot tub great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family beach week in our vacation rental home. The house was large to accommodate not only our family and our friends but were able to enjoy the week with our furry family members. The home was in a great location with ample parking to accommodate everyone. It was even located next to a beach access which easily worked great for our friends during the day. The ocean views were incredible, access to ocean great and the teenagers thought the theater was awesome. Beach realty was great to work with and we have already reserved for 2024. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. Porches were nice. The walkway to the beach should have extended further out. For older people a very difficult climb.. The hot tub was disgusting but was cleaned when the realty company was called. House was not cleaned thoroughly. 1st floor back door in and out was disgusting. Handle on freezer was broken off. Basically it was a nice house and we enjoyed ourselves. The weather last week was the best I've ever experienced at the beach. Low 80s and no humidity.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gotta give you a B-House was great but all of the TV’s didn’t work all week because of the poor internet connection. The speaker system throughout the house looked great, but we were unable to connect. Should have written instructions somewhere. The outside wet bar was unusable. Various stuff was kept behind it that didn’t belong. And the deck needed hosing down. The sink was filthy. For the amount of money spent for this holiday week, these flaws are unacceptable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great for our group of folks. The pool area was the largest we've ever had and we made the most of it!! The upper floor with opened walls allowed the breezes to flow (sometimes a bit too much that week! :) making you feel forever connected to the ocean! The only down side was paying for heated pool and the heat only worked 3 days!

Pictures don’t depict the actual house and yard. Beware

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was great! Saying that there were some issues! Upon arriving at our rental it was not as updated as seen in pictures on website. Place on outside advertised corn hole and horseshoe. Unfortunately the grass on premis was so high neither could be played. When speaking with rental company we were told that they don’t maintenance outside! Grill was unclean and the brush to clean it had no bristles. Pool and out door bar area had sand all over. Rental company did call someone out to clean up and they were very prompt. I think they should update photos to match the actual look of the rental. I will not be renting again at this place. It would he nice to have the yard and rental as advertised in photos. Was very disappointed in the look of outside very unkept. We did enjoy our stay but would have enjoyed it more if we could have used the outdoor games.

Overall Disappointment of a house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house right on the beach was great but there were a multitude of issues with the house. Lawn care in the front yard looked like it hadn’t been done in weeks and trash was strewn along the side of the Reif way. Upon arriving the house was minimally cleaned and we had to clean it ourselves (including mold on the faucets). Other issues included lack of lawn/weed control in the pool area, ant problems in the pool area, mid sized shower doors that leaked water and multiple towel rods being loose or falling.
