The perfect beach house

We had an amazing stay. Every amenity you could think of was provided. I packed half my car not knowing what to expect. I used nothing! The kitchen was amazingly well appointed, plenty of towels (including beach towels), bikes, beach carts, sun chairs, umbrellas - you name it! The location is amazing. A short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to shops, coffee etc. We highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic wedding wkd

We came for a weekend to attend a wedding. My family of 4 & our dog along with my sister-in-law's family of 4 were able to relax & enjoy some time before the wedding & hang out afterwards. It was so much nicer than being in a hotel cramped in a room! This place was clean, & plenty of places to sleep. Great, quiet neighborhood & close to the beach road & sidewalks. It was GREAT!!

Great Second Stay

Our second time staying at this property did not disappoint. The house is clean and centrally located. Close to the beach and a lovely playground. Both Tortuga’s Lie and Surfin’ Spoon are super close. The fenced yard is great for dogs and very secure. I have many good things to say! We will return again for sure! Thank you!!

Perfect place!

We really enjoyed our short stay at the beach getaway! The home is cozy and neat. Everything was clean and functioning. It is possibly the best-stocked beach house we have stayed at thus far! The backyard is adorable with a nice big fire pit, and it’s securely fenced so the dogs are safe! Beach access is two easy blocks away. The house is close to my favorite restaurant, Tortugas Lie, so that was the cherry on top! We hope to return in the Spring to enjoy Nags Head and this perfect home in slightly warmer weather!

Beautiful property!

This property was clean, in an amazing location, and had everything we needed and more. With 4 adults and 5 kids we had more than enough room. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Would love to stay again!

Two blocks to beach/restaurants

We arrived at the cottage and it was exactly as the listing showed. Very clean and has a great fully fenced yard for the dog. We were pleasantly surprised by being only two blocks from the beach and a local restaurant that was feature on Diner Drive Ins and Dives called Tortalugas Lie. We ate there twice for dinner. There are more restaurants throughout where we found Nags Head Cafe was so good for breakfast or lunch. We enjoyed the extra amenities of bikes, basketball, beach chairs and umbrellas and loved every minute of our OBX trip!!!! Thank you so much Scott and Travis!!!!

Great stay

House was very clean, comfortable, and updated. Great communication with the owner and location was perfect, within walking distance to beach, shops, & food. The house had all of the equipment to enjoy the bocce, pickleball, & basketball courts at the nearby park which was awesome.

Truly a gem!

This home was perfect and full of wonderful surprise! For a small beach cottage, it offered wonderful spaciousness and as a redecorated home, I was not expecting such updates, cleanliness and design/decor for a peaceful, beautiful stay. The back yard is huge, shaded and fully fenced- hard to find in a pet friendly rental. I was not used to the Schlage lock so it took me a minute- (hint- you need to pull the door tight for the lock to work) I can’t say enough about how perfect this home is! Quick walk to beach access, great neighborhood, convenient, everything you could want!

Wonderful stay in Nags Head

Our family had a wonderful trip to the Outer Banks, and really enjoyed our stay here. Everything at the house was outstanding. The whole house has been nicely updated, and all the rooms felt fresh and clean, and super comfortable. The fenced in backyard was great for our pooch, and the EV charger was super convenient for us. The beach is just a block and a half away, and there is a great park for the kids about half a block down the street. The location in Nags Head was a great home base for our exploration of the Outer Banks’ various attractions. Travis is a wonderful host and super helpful with area recommendations. Highly recommend, and looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Amazing Property

This property is amazing and is even better then the pictures/description. It was a short and easy walk to two beach access points and came with beach chairs, umbrella, and cart. The property was extremely clean and updated nicely. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and the bathrooms were appointed very nicely and stocked with soap, shampoo, etc. The owner was super helpful and was very easy to communicate with. They also provided a ton of information regarding great local attractions and great spots to eat. We will definitely be coming back.
