Only improvement I would recommend is safety bars in at least one both room for wheelchair people to use toilet. Other wise we all enjoyed the home and amenities.

Good place. Really slow internet - TVs in most rooms don’t work. The livingroom tv didn’t have a good signal so we couldn’t really use it. Lots of room in the house though. Elevator fit a child’s wheelchair and 1 additional person. Was tight, but did the job well. We’d probably stay there again.

Amazing

The house had lots if room for everyone and everything we needed, good location to the beach and stores, Thank you the pool and hot tub was amazing, happy the pool was warm, hot tub top needs to be fix for safe, we will be back!!!

Room to Relax

This house is in a great location with easy access from Hwy 64. Plenty of space for a crowd of friends or family. Comfortable large kitchen, dining/great room with Keurig and standard coffee makers. Very comfortable beds. We had a group of eight friends and everyone was happy with their accommodations. The elevator is great for packing in and packing out. Very happy with the house.

Overall a very positive visit

We enjoyed the property, loved the layout of the bedrooms and that every room had an ensuite except downstair which was no big deal since the bathroom was right outside the room. The kitchen was well equipped. Being within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores was key to our situation. We were well within walking distance to the beach too. The only negative is that there was no remote for the theater room TV so we had to use the living room remote for both TVs.

Great stay really enjoyed the house but……..

Let’s start with the but……..bring your own bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The laundry service Resort Reality uses heavily bleaches the linens and they are rough and uncomfortable. Also bring hand towels and rags for the kitchen as you will not have enough if cooking for a large group. Don’t forget hand soap for all the bathrooms as well. I have never rented a house that did not have a bottle of hand soap in the all the bathrooms. Other than that I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this house. It is a great location, layout an we had a fantastic weekend. The upper floor is the MB, kitchen, with island, dining room and a living room we spent the bulk of our time here and it was awesome for our group to gather for meals or to play a game

Perfect Getaway

We had a group of friends get together for the weekend and this was the perfect spot. Plenty of rooms/bathrooms, lots of space for activities, and nice amenities. Nice location in relation to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Would recommend staying here and would love to again in the future.

Nag's Head Fun

The house was very accommodating for our 8 family members. Plenty of space & bathrooms for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans in each room. Plenty of kitchen pots, pans & utensils. The drawbacks were: very late check-in of 6 pm (notification was not received until 6:25 pm), no personal care items (shampoo, soap, etc), horrible toilet paper, no hot pad holders, dish cloths, only one packet of dishwasher detergent & one packet of laundry soap, & roaches/palmetto bugs (yuck).

Northern VA Get-a-way

Location across from the beach was good. Cleanliness of the house was good but did discover 2 large, dead water bugs on the 1st floor. I prefer, and recommend, greater regarding the type of coffee makers. We were told the house only had the drip style coffee machine by the realty company. We bought droid coffee and filters. The house additionally had 2 Keurigs.

Great family rental

Pros: Very clean on arrival. Easy on time checkin. Great kitchen, elevator worked well. Pool cleaner came during the week with no disruption. Easy beach access. Cons: Arcade game was broken. Dryer needs a vent clean out, took multiple cycles for towels to dry. Rear of house is parking lot for a restaurant so it was loud during during dumpster pickup at 4am.

Beach paradise

We found the house exactly as described, but without the beach view implied in photos. However it was wonderful to have such spacious accommodations and the private pool We would suggest that some basic cleaning supplies would be available at check in. Things like Clorox wipes and swiffers would be helpful. The elevator was great especially for seniors in our group.

Fun in the sun

It was big, beautiful and comfortable. The elevator made it easy for luggage and grocery delivery. The elevator also helped a few of us older folks move from floor to floor!!!!

Across the street from beach; private pool & ELEVATOR

Best choice by far booking a rental with an elevator. The usual worst part about a vacation is the hauling in of luggage & groceries when you arrive and then doing the same on your last day. With this elevator it was a breeze. Had 1 small issue that the property manager fixed immediately. Updated, each bedroom has its own rooms & smart tv with netflix; has a Keurig coffee maker & a regular pot, plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. Recommend you bring extra blankets from home as suggested by the property manager. Also, bring dish/hand towels for kitchen.
