I stayed at this cottage at the end of May 2025 with my spouse, parents, and dog. It was a great vacation! The cottage had ample parking (3 spaces available), and all the basics needed. The cottage is 5 minute walk from the beach, and just be mindful that you have to take a staircase over the dunes in order to actually access the beach, so if you bring a lot of umbrellas and chairs and things you'll probably need to make a couple trips. There's a small parking area right before the stairs to the beach though and we were able to park there to unload the car. We loved that the cottage had a front porch with a small gate on it so our dog could join us relaxing out there. Billy also provided our towels and bed sheets, which was great. Billy was very quick to answer texts and answer any questions that we had.My parents are on the older side (70) and they mentioned that the beds/mattresses were pretty tall and had some slight difficulty getting into the beds, so that's something to just keep in mind if you have those concerns.This cottage was great though, and I'd recommended it!
