TUBE Sq was so convenient and cost effective for my long layover. I didn't know that Thu could store my luggage as well as put my carryon in a locker designated for my capsule; however, the baggage storage facility ran by the airport was cost effective as well as easy for pick up. The pick up area is not in the same area where I dropped it off. Pick up is where the check in counters are for the departures. I would highly recommend staying at TUBE Sq. The only suggestion for the facility is to have options for the pull down shades to be left cracked open for air circulation. I used my hair clip to stop the pull down shades from going all the way up. Perfect for all travelers.

Highly recommended capsule hotel inside airport
Very nice capsule hotel, right in the airport so it really helps to catch morning flight. Capsule is comfortable, bathroom cabins are plenty, clean and fully equipped. Locker rooms are big, nice to keep all luggages in separate room than capsule room, so it doesn't disturb resting time with packing noise. Next to the hotel is a convenience store to get breakfast, coffee and all necessities.

This was a very good capsule experience. I liked it because it is very clean & organized. They have lockers and space to open up luggage which is separate from the sleeping pods so sleep isn’t disturbed. I had an experience in another place and they don’t have lockers so people are opening/fixing their luggages by the pods and so I was not able to sleep until 3am. Toiletries, towels and pajamas are provided. I will stay here again for sure.

Good for refreshing after the flight
I have a 9 hours stay which is enough for a shower and some sleep. Good thing is, the luggage area is outside the room, so no luggage packing sound over the night. Quiet at night, good stay

Great place for a nice rest.
Super convenient for a late night flight followed by an early morning flight. All amenities provided for a nice shower and moderately comfortable sleep. One thing I wished they supplied was a sleep mask and ear plugs, since sound isn’t really insulated and light seeps through the edges of the capsule cover. They have an internal fan that provides some white noise. Well worth the price and time compared to other hotels for a place to simply sleep.

The hotel is clean. The showers and bathrooms are small but clean. Staff is trying third best but also sometimes not really. Perhaps, they need more staff? When you happen to chance upon a staff meme we they are nice enough. If you need somewhere to stay for a VERY short period of time this might do the trick. There are no places to sit, you must go out into the airport. The hotel could benefit from a lounge space or similar.

I’ve stayed in a few capsule hotel in Japan and this is my least favorite. The sleeping area is a huge echo chamber, making it next to impossible to get any decent sleep with all the coming and going. The women’s section, which must have at least 50 sleeping pods, only has 6 showers and toiletry stations equiped with hair dryer. If you have an early flight; don’t count on being able to shower in the morning.

Great
Could have been better if with food service within the hotel itself. Though, there is Lawson beside it but still, I would prefer ordering food within while staying for couple of days. Overall, great place to wait for cancelled/delayed flights. Or whatever similar reasona you may have.
