This was the perfect house for our family gathering. It’s thoughtfully appointed and has a great layout. The location is great - walking distance to Mystic’s restaurants and shops, and lovely views of town from the upstairs bedroom. Gerard was an attentive and helpful host before and during our stay.

I can't think of a better, more well-appointed stay than the one we just had at this property. This home is gorgeous and comfortable. The location of the house is absolutely perfect; guests can wander easily and safely into town for dinner, shopping, and more. The hosts were clear and communicative, and everything we needed was outlined in a convenient app. The bedding was lovely and comfortable. A washer, dryer, and iron are provided. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook and then some, and lovely dishes were provided. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with a selection of makeup removers and plenty of shampoo, hand soap, and body wash. Checkout was super easy, just run the dishwasher, take out the trash, and go. I appreciate the thoughtful hosts who anticipated our every need. We spent a lovely 4 days there for a family wedding and had time to enjoy this gorgeous home and the fabulous town of Mystic!

This is hands down the best VBRO property I have ever rented. The decor is sophisticated, the furniture including the beds are very comfortable. The linens are high quality and plentiful. The arrangement was conducive to gathering both inside and out. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with high end appliances. We cooked several complicated meals, nothing we needed was missing. The ‘basic’ supplies of coffee,tea,sugar and even spices are more and generous. The host,Gerard, was very prompt in communicating. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic property! Extraordinary location in Mystic, clean, spacious, and able to easily hold our family group that came from 4 states. Gerard was very communicative and available to answer any questions.Our group mostly adults with 2 teenagers but I noticed at least 1 high chair, toys, games, and other available items which might be helpful for a stay with children.Definitely will stay again.

Super Spot!

We had a great week in this beautiful victorian in Mystic, even more lovely in person than the pictures online! Perfect location to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Our family of 5 adults, plus a one year old, had plenty of space with the 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked for meals, plus the large dining room was a great spot for eating and lots of indoor game nights (heatwave kept us mainly inside). Host was a terrific communicator and made sure we were well looked after during our week. Highly recommend this place for your Mystic adventure!

Beautiful old home in great location

This home was as advertised. Modern updates to an 1850s home right in the heart of downtown Mystic. Walking distance to everything Mystic has to offer. So glad we found this gem. Gerard was easy to communicate with and very accomidating. Great find!

A Historic Mystic Showpiece

We loved this house from the moment we opened the front door. It’s a vintage house modernized beautifully. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, and having four bedrooms, along with the three modern bathrooms was perfect for our eight member family. We loved the coastal decor which gave it a perfect New England flavor and It’s right up the hill from downtown Mystic so access to it was just a walk away. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this wonderful house, can’t wait to go back. I must also say, Gerard was a great host, the best!
