This property was wonderful for our 3 generations! Several “living rooms” and spread out bedrooms. Kitchen is well appointed, additional kitchen was also very easy to use. Large deck and backyard are great for outdoor activities. S’mores around the fire pit were a big hit. Our family had a great time!

Bill and Heather were very responsive before, during and after our stay. The house checked all of our boxes with nice master suites, comfortable living rooms and a well appointed kitchen. The house is centrally located and the Mystic attractions were easily accessible. We recommend this house for your Mystic trip.

This house was perfect for our group of 8. Information about the house was clear from the beginning and check in and out were very easy. The house itself is very spacious, beds & furniture comfortable, and there's plenty of room to hang out or share a meal. The house was very clean and everything worked well. The owners were available and responsive. We really loved our time here and plan on being back!

This house was perfect for our group! The house it wonderfully decorated like you're in your home. 2 kitchens, indoor grill, 3 different living rooms. Everyone ca. Have their own space while still feeling cozy! The bedrooms were fantastic and the mattresses were as good as any hotel! Would love to come back and highly recommend.

Wonderful property with very responsive hosts. The very large house has just about everything you could need - even a Keurig station with regular/decaf options, Coffee Mate and sugar. The bedrooms are spacious enough and the Primary Suite is extra-lovely. The attached apartment space is perfect for individuals OR families who might need a little extra privacy and there are 3 different living rooms so your party can spread out. The property feels very private even though you are in a dense neighborhood and it's super close to quaint downtown Mystic. There are many wonderful shops there. Have lunch at Mystic Pizza and then head over to Sift bakery for dessert!Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect venue for me and my adult family. We were attending a family wedding and it was nice to have a comfortable home to be together for the weekend. Tons of space, both in and out, comfortable beds, great hosts and a beautiful part of the New England coast. Wonderful stay in Mystic

It was the perfect house to host family for daughter’s graduation from the USCGA. Plenty of rooms and space to accommodate all ages. Loved the extra touches like the coffee bar.

Wonderful getaway close to everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Four families were able to fit comfortably, and there is ample space to run around and closet space galore! (Perfect for pack and play naps). The house is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you would want to do in Mystic. Bill and Heather were responsive, and the house was really so unique and fun for young kids. The little coffee bar was honestly the best, my friends, and I all have different tastes in coffee, and in addition to the maker, they had an abundance of k pod brands, Sweeteners and creamers. Everyone had a wonderful day and we would absolutely come again. .

One of the Best!

My family has rented homes all over the world. We have very high standards. William and Heathers home is truly at the top. They cover every little detail and anticipate your needs before you do. They are extremely accessible should you have any questions. Five star and then some!

Great girls family weekend

We had a small group of the girls in my family meet up in Mystic for the weekend. This house was absolutely amazing, there were only six of us so we had 1000 square feet each. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and living room rooms for all. This is a beautiful house in a fabulous location. Heather and Bill were great hosts and got back to us very quickly with any questions that we had. We will definitely be back.

Great family reunion

Heather and Bill were so helpful and easy to work with. The house is even more spacious than it appears, and everything is in pristine condition. We appreciated especially the options for privacy, and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend!

A most wonderful stay!

Everything about this home was superb. Truly five stars. The hosts were polite, communicative, and accommodating. The house was clean, orderly, and well supplied. Muti-generational Family Vacation

We plan a family vacation with kids and grandkids every two years. This year we chose Mystic, CT. There are so many fun things to do and see in the area! This house met all of our needs and expectations! It was very clean with a supply of towels for a week long stay.There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom which made our grown kids very happy. The house was a wonderland for the little ones. There are so many rooms and hallways and closets. They gravitated to one of the sitting rooms off the kitchen to play. We wandered in and out of the "Library" room to watch the Olympics. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups etc. Everyone loved the deck area! At night we sat around the gas "fire pit" and talked. The grounds are lovely with privacy around all sides of the property. The "apartment" is attached to the house and has its own kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our son's family who just had a baby in April. Bill and Heather are wonderful hosts, very responsive to any questions we had. This house is made for family gatherings. All in all, it was a 5 Star experience!

Perfect Mystic Family Getaway

Thank you, Heather and Bill, for a wonderful long weekend stay in Mystic! We were a party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) and it was the perfect spot for a cozy winter getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and supportive of any and all questions that we had, and they shared great recommendations on local activities and food options. They provided clear and easy communication which made this booking so easy to manage. This house truly felt like a home away from home. The house is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully spacious for a large family gathering. Despite it being 30 degrees out, we enjoyed a beautiful walk into town for ice cream with the kids and some shopping. We all had a hard time leaving because the house was just so great! Thanks again Heather and Bill, and we will surely look to book again in the future!

Fall Break trip from St Louis (moms and teens)

The house was wonderful and just as advertised. We had fun exploring all the rooms and found the TV room with all the games was a great hangout spot for late night movies or games. The house was clean and the hosts were fabulous! Super attentive and so quick to respond to any issues. Would stay again and recommend!

Unbelievable Stay! A++

This home suited our 3 family’s needs perfectly. Our mom had the “in-law apartment” which pleased her beyond belief. She did not have to share a bathroom, kitchen, or living room with kids or grandkids. She could wake up early and do her thing. My sister and I both had our own king rooms with bathrooms and the 3 kids shared a twin room and queen room with the guest bathroom. Everyone had a place to stay. The dining room and multiple family rooms also made hanging around and either reading a book, playing a game, or watching TV simple. Then the bonus game room in the basement was icing on the cake, we now excel at foosball. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. If we had to say one thing for improvement, and certainly cannot blame a host for this…. The pillows were really hard and thick. Of the 8 of us, only 3 could use them. If our stay was longer, we’d have hit up the Walmart down the road for a few softer ones. But clearly to each his/her own so only mentioning if you are particular to a pillow you may want to consider bringing one or hitting up Walmart (they will deliver) also. Overall, 5 stars, and would absolutely stay again!!!
