This property is okay at best. The cleaning staff was late due to personal reasons so we couldn’t check in until 4 1/2 hours after check-in time. The pull out bed was still dirty, although the staff worked very well with refunding me partially, it was still very off-putting. The parking is atrocious! Do not drive anything larger than a smaller SUV, plan accordingly. The parking garage is very tight and limited on each level. All around, the experience wasn’t the greatest but also wasn’t the absolute worst.

Parking was terrible. Water pressure was terrible. Air conditioner did not get. Cold enou the pullout sofa was terrible. It was all nodded up and could not use it at all. We had to go out and buy air mattresses and I think we should be reimbursed for those because y’all do not have rollaway beds. and blonde that is covering the door to the balcony broke and it took them two days to come out and fix it.

Check in is pretty easy, once you figure out where the office is. The condo building is really nice and has very fast elevators. The condo itself is nice with a patio overlooking the beach. On this particular visit, the AC was not working, unfortunately. So it was very warm inside, making it tough to sleep. This is our 3rd time staying here and this is the first time we’ve had an issue like that.

Renters had to clean up before departure

The fact we basically had to clean the place is the worst thing I ever experienced on vacation. I will never ever booked anything again with this rental vacation company. I would like the cost of my room reduced since I had to clean. Not fair how yall charge a lot for the room including taxes and other fees but the renter has to clean, oh hell no!!!!

Stayed here for four days. I enjoyed every moment of it. You are in with walking distance of a grocery store, a few other restaurants, and shops if you’re willing to walk about a mile. This condo was definitely more spacious than I was expecting and for sure can accommodate at least five sleeping people. There is a cute bar about a block down with amazing staff, quite a few food options along with great pricing. My only issue or request in the future would be a vacuum to assist with cleaning up sand, along with possibly a bit more cleaning by the cleaning staff of the floors in general. All around this was a great experience and definitely thinking about coming back in September

The parking deck was hazardous...too narrow to navigate safely. The tenants furniture needed upgrading badly. The sleeper sofa was unacceptable. The communication for check in, and picking up of parking passes was an Easter Egg hunt, and the call from Elliot properties asking us if the owners could show the property while we were staying was below the belt. I would never stay at this place again.

We had a great stay. Unit was on the 22nd floor, with amazing views of the beach & surrounding neighborhood. Unit was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator was so fast, it was surprising how quickly it got us from the ground floor. The only difficulty we had was with parking & check-in. They have a Large Vehicle parking area, but small cars would frequently park there instead of the available parking deck. We had a difficult time finding the rental office. Once we did, we had to wait at the door of the unit for about 45 minutes before the key would work. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Check in was fine, we were told our room was ready. Upon entering the room it was obvious the room was not ready. The bed had no sheets/pillow cases on it, one of the pillows was covered with black curly hairs, there wasn't enough toilet paper to blow your nose, there was no hand soap, and none of the trash containers had any liners in them. I went to the office, showed the pictures that I had taken and was told they had been having "problems". I was handed bed linens and toilet paper! Went to the store to purchase Lysol spray for the bed, a first for me. This was not the way we wanted to celebrate our anniversary. The location was good and the view was very nice.

I loved the property . The view was amazing from our room and our room was very nice and clean. Very close distance to everything and we were not too far from the boardwalk. I will definitely be staying here when I come back

No where to take trash all of the trash chutes where locked and the will charge fines for leaving trash Had to haul trash off property they weren’t willing to help either also quite time was supposed to be from 11-8am that never happened more noise during quite time Also people hanging out in parking deck be careful

The building had seen better days. The condo is sufficient for 2 people on a holiday. Has a nice balcony where you can enjoy the cool breeze and get a morning tea/coffee. Very clean place, has aircon/heat that I did not need to use so can't tell how efficient it would be if it were 100F outside. It's close enough to the MB boardwalk (need to drive) yet far enough to be away from the noise.

Good location, next to beach. Small rooms though, beds uncomfortable. Have to clean before you leave, but nobody clean before we got there.
