The property was in poor condition and not as described. Upon arrival, we found visible mold on throw pillows and around the sink, significant dirt accumulation throughout, and a toaster that was unclean with debris inside. Several fixtures did not function properly, including lights and a loose bathroom faucet. The flooring, chairs, and other surfaces were stained. The beds were advertised as queen size but were actually full, unstable, and uncomfortable. We also encountered both live and dead insects daily. The patio could not be enjoyed due to frequent marijuana odor from neighboring units.Management service was disappointing. We arrived without parking passes or keys. Despite multiple calls and texts, management insisted the passes were left in the unit, only providing replacements after several hours. The missing keys were never replaced, though we eventually obtained one from the front desk.The following morning, the toilet overflowed, flooding into the kitchen and bedroom carpet. Maintenance did not arrive for hours, and no professional cleaning was offered that day. A cleaner was eventually sent but was unable to properly address the situation. We were left to stay in the living room for the remainder of the visit.We requested a refund, which was denied. Overall, the property requires deep cleaning, repairs, and improved management practices before being rented again.
