I wish I would have known...

There is a massive construction project taking place right outside this property on the beach. During our stay, we were awakened by pile driving and construction noise as early as 645am. The noise was repetitive and disruptive even inside with the windows closed. Emails to the property manager were ignored, and attempts to receive a partial refund have gone nowhere. You can find information about the 40 million dollar project, along with videos and news stories, with a quick google search "outfall project". This has been ongoing since October 2024, and there is no excuse for not making potential renters aware. Note that there are no posted reviews of this property since the end of last year. I would never have rented this property had I known about this situation.

Another great vacation

I would definitely stay at the Anderson again. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a few relaxing days at the beach. Thank you DDB Vacations!

Owner has very poor communication skills

I never received check in instructions, which owner says she sent. Just did not come thru to me. I was unable to stay at the property as check in at hotel was unable to assist. Seems owner was at the hospital and MIA, even tho I sent her an email describing issue. She did not respond until the next am and will not refund my money! I would NEVER, EVER under any circumstances recommend renting this unit! Owner is very stubborn and set-in-her ways, even tho this was completely her fault due to lack of communication and follow thru, were out of money for a 2 nite stay! DOn't get taken in by this unit! I'd stay in a pup tent before renting from her.

Some input from us .....

Other than the horrible smell from the rodent poison (reported to host) in the kitchen, we enjoyed our stay! I think the host should consider letting an electrician check out the connections in dining and living area. The light over the dining table is glaring. When we used the dimmer it seemed it was either all on or all off!? NOT a biggie for us

Anniversary Getaway

We haven’t stayed in Myrtle Beach for many years but we’ll definitely be back soon! This lovely condo has it all! Doubt you can find a more convenient location and the condo was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues during our visit and it made for a wonderful anniversary trip!

Anderson Oceanfront September 2024

This property location was perfect! The check in process was easy and the friendly, helpful bellman staff unloaded our car and took our stuff up to our room and unloaded. The wrap around balcony accessible from the living room and all 2 bedrooms allowed us to enjoy the view and sound of the ocean front property. The pool/hot tub and lazy river with lounge chairs was our daily location. The ease of walking onto the beach was also great. The condo is clean and modern just as the pictures and Louise answered quickly when we had questions about accessing the room. Free parking was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo. We loved sitting on the balcony. The parking deck was a challenge but we figured it out eventually. We would stay there again. The host was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks. 😊

wonderful stay

Best Friend trip

My first trip with my best friend. We both retired from the airline and we are both 70 years old. We left our husband’s at home and had an adventure! Our condo was amazing and both agree it’s the best we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was very secure. The views were fantastic. Indoor pool & hot tub very clean. Decorated upscale. Beds were perfect. No noise. Felt so safe.
