The good and the bad…

Checkin, location, parking, — no complaints. Condo- looks Ike the photos but does not feel like the photos. Just an average hotel room with nice decor. Toilet broke. the first time we flushed it upon arrival, needed someone in our room to fix it after being there 5 minutes. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Only one set of bath towels the entire stay. The host was extremely responsive. However, due to the hurricane, we had to check out after just one night, we paid for 5 nights but did not get one refund which is on me, but there was a hurricane and we needed to drive 10 hours back home so we left after 24 hours. Would not rebook this condo when there’s 1000’s to choose from. The property was not clean at all. Elevators were disputing and pool area was not the cleanest

1st and Last Time

Family vacation was ruined by this booking. Check in was smooth. Room Decor is nice. But the beds are filthy and there is mold issues. Believe the previous post. The bed casings, frame, pillows and curtains were dirty/ molded. Stains on couch as well. I didn’t even look at the Murphy bed because the main beds were nasty. And I did not like the fact that after I sent pics they still made me wait to receive a refund. Which I have yet to receive. Deposit was returned but the rental fee has not been received. Really nice room if they would take care of the mold issue. Throw the whole bed and curtains away at this point!!!!

We love the Caribbean Resort

Every year we visit the Caribbean Resort!! The suites are the right size. The amenities are perfect for adults and kids!! Definitely a good place to take your family!! Always a good time when we go to the Caribbean Resort!

Do not stay here!

If you expect to relax in a nice, clean environment, this is not the place. Had to go buy cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable staying here. The photos listed do not show all the issues below. Not as advertised! There are holes in the walls by the beds near the front door & by the Murphy wall bed. The mirrors are filthy & weren't wiped down. The door handle was not wiped down. The furniture is chipped & has marks on it. Light fixtures were not dusted or wiped off. Closet doors are stained. Living room furniture is stained & ripped. Base boards in bathroom & kitchen are dirty. Floor under fridge & stove is filthy. Food splatter on the walls & side of fridge. Sprayer on kitchen faucet is broken.There is mold spores in the AC unit by the sliding door!! Absolutely unacceptable!! Worst part.....Anyone has access to this unit at anytime! Pest control company let themselves in while I was in the shower!! Luckily my husband was here & told them to get out. Huge safety and privacy issue!!! Do not waste your money! Only way to get a hold of someone is via text or email. Contact persons were not overly concerned about offering an alternative place to stay or even attempting to offer a solution other than sending someone back out to "inspect the unit again". Will never stay here again. Terrible!!

Hi, I wanted to address a few things about our stay. The room initially looked clean when we got there. But the kitchen was in poor shape. There was food splattered all over the wall beside the stove. The sink is actually not attached to the cabinet any longer, the caulking has rotted off. The bedroom smelled strongly of mildew and was constantly damp. I had to turn the ac on the dry mode and go buy fabreeze fabric sanitizer just to handle the smell. It still didn’t really help. We all ended up feeling horrible because of allergies to mold and mildew. The ptac unit in the living room stopped working correctly (we kept it 70 or above the entire trip) but it wasn’t working at all on our last day. It blew air but the compressor wouldn’t come on. The resort staff were pretty much useless and really rude. We left our trash in the room because NO ONE could tell us where to take it. We asked 3-4 different employees. Our neighbors smoked weed the entire week. It was so strong we couldn’t even sit out on the balcony. This was also an issue at the pool. It was ridiculous but not once did any staff member address this. One guy was sitting in the hot tub smoking weed and nothing was said. The shower head needs to be replaced. It has almost no water pressure, and the bathroom sink doesn’t want to drain properly. Overall this was not a great stay and we will not be staying here again. Not enough linens provided and the “small” fee is $45. I could go buy towels for less.

Great vacation rental!

We had such a great time on our stay! Everything was as described, easy access to pools, the beach was steps away, and a gorgeous view! Unloading and parking were very easy as well. Property management was communicative and quickly responded in person when I had an issue with the lock, and they followed up to make sure everything was addressed and in order. This is a great spot for families and we had so much fun! I definitely recommend!

This property is nice but checking in and parking is very hectic! Not enough room to unload and load your luggage! Not nearly enough carts. We had to load our luggage by hand the morning after we stayed. Very aggravating.

Room was not updated. Room was not clean it smelled of mold & mildew. I would highly not recommend staying in this room.

Not the worst but far from expected?

As reviews are from a specific viewpoint and opinion based it can be tricky to know when its a valid issue/problem or entitlement symdrome and people are just unbelievable! I rarely leave actual words but just a few things... the view is amazing and the location is very central in being on the strip (walking), or a quick trip to the store (could also walk)... cons: waited almost 2 hrs for checkin code, furniture is beyond dirty and disgusting, couch bed is broken and unusable, wall/murphy bed is but at your own risk and is just nasty! If no air flow smell is enough to make you vomit no exaggeration, there's roaches galore, under sink is past repair from water damage(prob source of smell!) Shower drains slow, mystery stains everywhere including walls...Pros: only kitchen ive seen that actually has everything you need! Nice notes/snacks, ease of checkin (when you get a code).... place could be stunning and exceptionally nice with care and upgrades...overall CR has fell off horribly...don't see us returning there unless major improvements in all aspects...

On the beach

We had a great time in this perfectly situated location. We were very close to Broadway, Top Golf and other local attractions. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Customer service was very quick to answer my check in inquiry. Thank you!
