This condo is located in building 3 on the 5th floor. It has recently been updated with vinyl flooring throughout and has new living room furniture to enjoy. You can sit on the oversized balconies and watch the boats go by or enjoy the fireworks show at Barefoot Landing in the summer.

The primary bedroom suite has two new queen beds and a large bathroom with a spacious garden tub. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a large bathroom as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar that also overlooks the living and dining areas. Both bedrooms and the living room have Flat Screen TVs and ceiling fans. There is also a washer/dryer in the property for your use.

Barefoot Resort has the largest pool in South Carolina and it is located right beside the Yacht Club Villas. The beach is less than 3 minutes away & beach access all along Ocean Blvd. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach access if you do not want to drive. The schedule will be in your arrival package or in the office. There are four championship golf courses in Barefoot Resort along with a gorgeous clubhouse where you can enjoy lunch or a cocktail after playing 18 holes.

Across the Waterway is the popular Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment such as the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues and much more.
