Beautiful property, very clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect spot in town, and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The best part having the gorgeous ocean view right outside . Would definitely come back. Hosts were very attentive.

We loved at our stay at Sandy Pants! The condo was beautiful and clean! Mar Vista is hands down our favorite NMB property- our family really enjoyed all the amenities the building offers! Also- such a great location within easy access to all the best restaurants and entertainment. Both the owners and housekeeping company were easily accessible whenever we had questions, and check-in/check-out were a breeze! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in favorite building

Mar Vista is my favorite place to stay: gorgeous views, pool, tiki bar, instant beach access. We’ve stayed many times. This condo was our favorite. Updated, modern and clean. The price was more than we’ve paid for others but worth it for the extra updates and newer decor.

Enjoyable Vacation

Condo was well appointed but was missing an iron board. Reached out to the property manager and one was supplied the next day. The ocean view and property amenities were awesome. Our only complaint would be that the condo had a “smart” thermostat that was obviously controlled via an app by either the owners or the management company. We we’re limited to the temperatures we could set it at. For the price paid to stay at this condo, we should have been able to set the thermostat at our desired temperature.

Nicest unit we've experienced at MVG

Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay! We rent at MVG annually and have tried several condos, and this is definitely the unit we would want to return to! It's spacious, beautifully updated with tasteful neutral decor, comfortable and clean bedding and pillows, great outdoor furniture, the property management team is highly responsive, and it's well-appointed with kitchen amenities. We unfortunately had rotten weather the entire time but thankfully there is plenty to do in the building with the games provided in the condo, awesome balcony, gym, indoor pool/hot tub and bar area. It's a quick walk to Main Street for restaurants, shops and night life. Travelers will want to bring a few items like laundry pods, beach towels (chairs can be rented on the beach), and your own toiletries, but otherwise this spot has everything you need to hit your vacation running. Thanks again, and we will probably see ya next year! :)

Beautiful views…lovely condo

The condo was beautiful ….spacious , nicely decorated, and equipped with everything that you could need. The view was gorgeous! Enjoyed the large balcony! Love Mar Vista Grande for all of the amenities, especially the lazy river .

Very beautiful and clean place!

Everything was beautiful nice and clean! The only issue we had were not enough cooking pans for kitchen and the guest bathroom that is separate from rooms had to be manually flushed be a use the flusher was not working.

Fantastic Stay
