The listing was incorrect about the bed size in the master bedroom. There is no queen size bed. It's a full size bed and twin bed. I asked the property manager twice about it and was ignored about the situation. There is NO ELEVATOR, which should be listed. This room is on the 3rd floor, so be ready to walk! We opted to pay extra, yes pay extra to get in the room early but it's up for review based on house cleaning and if it can be done or not. It was denied. This is completely fine, BUT I then expect my room to be clean. It was not. The floor where there was carpet was disgusting, they did not try to get around furniture or in behind anything. There are towel racks and toliet paper hangers missing. There is mold in the main shower floor. The kitchen cabinets have dried fluid splattered on them and all the doors are white yet completely black and gray from all the grime of people that have been coming and going. Just very little care for the property. The biggest issue we had was the owner having the AC unit controlled by the thermostat and constantly having it set to change at night. So the entire family would wake up sweating in the morning. It was ridiculous. We stayed 4 nights and was told the owner would fix the temp to 69 and they NEVER did. Every couple hours it reset to 72. It was miserably hot. For the money, we made the best of it, but I would not waste my time ever going back and would not recommend this unit.
