Perfect oceanfront getaway — exceeded our expectations!We spent four wonderful nights in this newly renovated oceanfront condo with 6 adults and 3 kids and couldn’t have been happier. The place was exactly as advertised and even exceeded our expectations — spotless, comfortable, and beautifully updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances, making meal prep a breeze, and the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, bodyboards, and toys kept the kids entertained all day. Tom and Barb are exceptional hosts — responsive, welcoming, and clearly committed to great guest experiences. We’ll definitely be booking our next North Myrtle Beach trip with them again! Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful time! Tom and Barbara have a beautiful place. It was spotless, well thought out, with easy access. The location was great but-oceanfront with views for miles. No complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend staying here.

5 Stars - Sun, Sand and Soul-Renewing Serenity!

If you’re looking for a beach escape that feeds your soul and lets your worries drift out with the tide—this is it. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so well-stocked we joked it had more kitchen supplies than our actual house! The view from the balcony? Pure magic. We started every morning with coffee and ended every night with wine and the sound of the waves—a daily rhythm we’re now emotionally attached to.The kids loved hunting for shark teeth (and found more than we thought possible), we lost a flip-flop to the tide, made friends with a suspiciously friendly crab our granddaughter named Crabby. The host thought of everything, and their warmth and communication made us feel right at home. There’s just something special about this place—it’s not just a condo, it’s a memory factory.Already dreaming about coming back. Until next time, beach bliss.

Vacation Paradise

This property was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we walked through the door we were amazed. Spacious rooms and the view was stunning. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need along with modern appliances. Tom and Barb even had small bath items in case you ran low or forgot something. While we were there we had the privilege of seeing a Loggerhead mom lay her eggs right in front of the condo building. Due to the location they were moved by NMB turtle people. We saw them excavate 120 eggs. My Grandkids were thrilled. We’ve stayed at many beach condos over the years but this is by far the best. Hope to make it back again in the future. Thank you Tom and Barb for the wonderful memories.

Home away from home

Thanks for an amazing week!! This was our second time staying in Tom and Barb's unit and is one of the best ones that we have found. It is a perfect size for our needs, is super clean, and is very well stocked with kitchen appliances, beach toys, chairs, and more! From the time of making reservations until departure, they are very responsive to their guest's needs. Definitely recommend and plan to return again next year!

Unforgettable stay!

The place is comfortable, spacious and very accommodating for our family of 9. View from the balcony is wonderful. Can easily sit there and watch the waves as well as watch the beautiful sunrise each morning. Appreciated very much Tom and Barb the host. Easy to contact and communicate with. The facility is well maintained. We will be hard pressed to stay somewhere else when we return to Myrtle Beach

First Trip to North Myrtle Beach

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and had no idea what to expect. Reviews we read online for other condo's were a little scary even if they looked nice...then we found Tom and Barb's condo. I felt more comfortable after reading such consistent good reviews but was still a little nervous. From the moment we walked into the condo we knew we made the right choice. Condo is even better than advertised...very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone in the family enjoyed being there. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, kitchen was stocked and my kids loved the refrigerator. It was such a pleasure renting from owners who take pride in their condo and care about your stay.

This was a return trip to this fabulous condo for us. It does not disappoint. We had an amazing stay as always. The condo is lovely with plenty of room for our expanding family. Right on the beach, close to shopping and food. We love it here!!!

Hurricane Week

Owners were incredibly accommodating and the property was really well kept and clean. They also provided many kitchen amenities and great towels and bedding. We feel lucky to have found this unit. The property is an older building as far as elevators and such, but this unit was updated and clean. We are picky with cleanliness so we were happy with this unit. I can say that they need an area rug inside the door and inside the slider to the balcony. The floors were sparkling stone and beautiful, but sand is a factor at the beach. Small rugs near the door would save on sand tracking in. We had horrible weather but did enjoy inside time because of a clean unit with games, puzzles. Etc. Hope we can try again next year.

Excellent property

This rental was outstanding. Amazing view of the beach, very clean, very close to restaurants and shops. Other stores, and restaurants just a short drive away. Tom and Barb are very responsive to any questions we had. Anything that you would need in the condo is there. And if you need something specific, Walmart is just a mile or so away. On a rainy night , we ordered in, played the board games provided in the living area, and I worked on a puzzle on the desk in the master. We planned on purchasing beach items, but the closet had the items we needed! (Chairs, toys, boogie boards). There are carts for loading and unloading luggage. And grocery carts for bringing up groceries. There is also a parking space for loading and unloading right by the elevator which is very convenient. Resort itself is very nice and clean. Pools are very nice; fitness area is great.. All in all, our expectations were exceeded and our family of 8 had more than enough space to sleep, shower, get ready etc. We will definitely be back!!

Great Condo on the Beach

We loved our stay at this condo. Tom and Barb were very responsive to any questions we had. The home itself was very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 6. It had all the necessary utensils to prepare and eat our meals. It even had expensive Charmin toilet paper, which is rare with rentals. The view was A++. We saw dolphins, rainbows and a lightning show out in the Atlantic. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Girls 37 year trip

We are 7 women from Michigan on our annual girls trip.We choose this condo from reviews and they were right on. The place is beautiful and spotless and the location couldn’t be better.the views from our balcony were amazing and you just walk out and your on a great beach.The restaurants and stores are a block away.The owners are quick to respond to any questions you may have would definitely recommend this place
