Good location, pretty much up to date. Condo wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been. Something sticky was spilled on the floor other things stuck on the floor, paper crumpled up under the dinning room table. It appeared floors weren’t washed, swept or vacuumed.

The balcony had an awesome view and a great outdoor relaxing space. We loved the condo! Location was great. I highly recommend the condo. We will rent this condo again on our next trip to Myrtle.

This place is lovely with very few shortcomings. Condo was quiet, clean and spacious. Location was great, for it was located close to nice golf courses, excellent restaurants, and great entertainment. iTRIP, the host, waseasy to work with, making arrival and departure seamless.

I wish I would have read the reviews of the property management, before booking. There's a reason that the property management has nothing beyond bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau's website.The floor plan worked for my family and myself. However, the condition of the unit was not thoroughly cleaned, nor checked. Upon booking, I specifically requested that the unit was thoroughly cleaned, due to allergies. There was filth piled up under furniture; empty water bottle garbage behind a nightstand in the bedroom; sheets so old and worn out, we could see through worn spot holes. My elderly, handicapped parents found broken glass on the balcony that could have been easily stepped on and caused injury. None of the 3 toilets flushed correctly/fully. Upon contacting the property management about the issues, I was cutoff, yelled at, cussed at, and not allowed to speak. When I refused to suffer their verbal abuse and hung up the phone, I received a call back to be notified my family would be getting evicted from the unit without a refund.After having to beg to stay in the filthy, not fully working unit, I was accused of being the one using profanity and "being threatening".I, nor my family, nor any of my associates will EVER book a stay that is managed by iTrip.

Property was excellent. Beautiful views and we could hear the music from the restaurant below in the evenings while sitting on the balcony. There was plenty of room and the condo was clean.We had questions about the remotes and the answering service called us back immediately.

Not as clean as past visits

We've stayed here in the past and the unit was pretty clean. This stay it was not clean at all, the front door is rusted and is a safety hazard from sharp edges...the counter tops were wiped down with a dirty rag that left a sticky residue...the toilet in the master bedroom has been an issue for the last 3 years, it runs constantly and doesn't operate as it should. The balcony was filthy with trash and debris everywhere. The cleaning crew needs to be fired.

Perfect 10 WE loved it here!!

The property was just as pictured. Very clean and the swimming pool was clean and huge. The beach was 10 minutes away from the property. Food selection was excellent…. So many great choices for a family of 5. I highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

Location spot on

The property is beautifully decorated, fully stocked and great location. The view is great of the waterway. Bathrooms for each bedroom which is a plus. The commodes could be the standard size which is higher. They were quite low, overall the stay was wonderful.
