The unit is big with decent space, it has a lot of potential but it is NOT maintained properly. Things are broken and installed improperly. the toilet paper holders are broken, towel hooks put in upside down so you can’t hang anything. The furnace is completely exposed with MOLD and dusty wires exposed. The unit is DIRTY. Floor and baseboards are filthy, there was something sticky on the nightstand, dirt and grime built up in the washer. I reached out to let Casago know & was told I should’ve told them sooner, mind you, I told them day 2. Someone showed up to try and spray the mold while we were in the unit. They need new housekeepers and maintenance has work to do!! The bath towels were ridiculously small, they wouldn’t even fit around our kids. There was ONE bent spatula in the kitchen and only 2 small pans and 1 small pot for a unit that holds 8 people. There was no hand soap, basic things you would expect to have for the price.**The listing does NOT say that you do not have access to the pool slides. AFTER you book you receive an email with very small print stating guests booking through VRBO don’t have access to the water slides at the pool, it’s very deceiving.
