This beautifully decorated THREE-bedroom ocean FRONT condo sleeps 10 people:
* a king-sized bed in the master suite
*2 double beds in the second guest bedroom
*1 king-sized bed in the third bedroom
*a queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the living room

You will have 2 full bathrooms and a whirlpool tub in the main suite.

Your spacious kitchen is a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, place settings, flatware, garbage disposal, coffee maker, ice maker, etc.

There is also a washer/dryer IN the condo and a balcony (with a wonderful view of the ocean) where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Other conveniences include: iron/ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clocks, cable TV, DVD player, safe for valuables in the master closet, complimentary wifi, free on-site parking (covered and secured), etc.

Guests will be emailed a guest pass for check-in. I will be asking you for the name, address, and phone number of the guest checking-in. This person must be at least 21-years of age. Name changes after you receive this guest pass will incur a $99 fee. Guest passes are for your safety and secure the property to your name. They are a requirement of Wyndham.

You may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting lasting 90 min. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. You are in no way obligated to attend these meetings and it is not a requirement of this reservation.
