The condo isn’t newly renovated that was 2019. The internet did not work and had to use hot spot to be able to watch movies. Limited dishes available, no dishwasher. Furniture and bed was older and uncomfortable. Hairdryer did NOT work. Just remember this is an older condo complex and you can hear the neighbors in the penthouse/floor above. We enjoyed our stay but not a place I’ll stay again.

Enjoyed my stay at the condo. The view is breathtaking. The place needs to be updated but was nice. Pool facility was not very clean and outdated. The only thing I did not like the loud motorcycles at night during bike week and one of the neighbors smoking cigarettes when the building is a non-smoking building . My suggestion is not to go during that time. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was great. You could sit and watch the sun come up and the waves roll in with a cup of coffee. This was not our 1st time staying at the property so we knew what to expect and how to get around. The only down side to our stay was the lack of WiFi when the weekend hit. And of course the construction so loud we had to shut the balcony door during the day. over all we would go back the weather is to good to pass up.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean, the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed, and the bedding and towels were of good quality. Brad gave excellent communication for apartment information and access and also quickly responded to all additional questions I had. The livingroom overlooked the beach and windows in the bedroom and dining area gave additional light.Very quiet building.

Our place was very clean, beautiful view. However a few things were missing no pot holders in the kitchen that seemed odd. The TV was intermittent. It did a lot of buffering so if you were planning on staying in and relaxing with a cocktail and watching TV not s so much

This was a very, very nice place to stay. Just had a little trouble with some water. That was only under the bed. Couldn't figure out where it came from. Because there was no water anywhere else. No big deal, but it was beautiful comfortable and I would stay there again. And plan to if I go back to myrtle beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The facility was nice they were actually painting the entire building while we were there. Only issue was it needs a few new things like a can opener, cork screw etc. nothing big just a couple of of updates.Only

Condo was great but the construction on the beachwas annying. The blinds in the bedroom didnt work and the tv in the living room was finicky. The lack of storage in the bathroom. Brad, the manager was great

What was supposed to be a nice and clean condo turned out to be anything but. Very minimal cookware available. We were left a single roll of toilet paper so obviously had to go buy our own. Odd when the condo is supposed to sleep 6. There were roaches everywhere. When you turned the light on you could see them scatter. We kept all food in the refrigerator so that bugs couldn’t get into them. They came to spray for bugs at 830am. We were just getting out of bed and I asked the person to wait a moment so we could get dressed. Instead we heard the keypad being pressed and the man entered the condo while my husband was standing there naked. The man didn’t even apologize. How embarrassing. We ended up having to leave the condo a day early bc of the roaches. It just was so gross. I reached out to the host and was told “we are working on this”. Nothing was done. No compensation for having to leave early due to the bugs. Our issues were basically ignored by the host. If I could give zero stars I would. All in all I suggest finding a different place to stay as I assume this building is infested and the host is not accommodating.

Condo was pretty much as advertised, very nice furnishings, ample kitchen appliances, etc., more than enough linens. Magnificent view, phenomenal weather. Definitely a great week.

I booked this for my dad and step-mom. It has roaches she called and talked to Brad the owner, he said that was expected in the south. He has them in his house and acted like it was no big deal. He did have them come and spray the room. Not sure that will do any good, sense he seems to think its no big deal that he has them in his home..My dad and step-mom did cut their trip short by 2 days, with no refund.

The view of the ocean beat all the other things that could have been better about this property. We would stay here again. However, I will note that we had to buy quite a few necessities that were not provided, like hand soap and stuff to clean the dishes, toilet paper, paper towels. Also, I would bring my own bedding next time. The polyester sheets were scratchy and hot and the covering on the box springs were filthy. I emailed the owner as soon as we got there and took photos and got no response. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools and we all loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. The boardwalk was conveniently a mile south and there were tons of places to explore and eat at.

Went down to Myrtle Beach for a 3 day weekend. Room was ready early and instructions to get in were easy to follow. 16th floor view was beautiful. About an18 minute walk to the boardwalk area. But parking in that area in only $2 or so if you visit for a couple hours. Two grocery stores available just a 5 minute drive. Quiet part of the strip. Plenty of free parking for this condo. Would stay here again!
