"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant."

"Food was great, breakfast included in stay with lots of choice. Also ate in pub the 2 nights we stayed and quality of food was great. Staff very friendly. Room was nice but as some other reviews stated paintwork etc needs update and refresh but very comfy bed"

"Free parking comfortable clean beds. The was sum what a bit grubby really could do with a deep clean & a spruce up. Tv signal absolutely rubbish. Ok for a base just to get your head down. Staff are polite & pleasant. Greggs next door. "
