"Food was great, breakfast included in stay with lots of choice. Also ate in pub the 2 nights we stayed and quality of food was great. Staff very friendly. Room was nice but as some other reviews stated paintwork etc needs update and refresh but very comfy bed"

"No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

"Parking is easy, free, small and simple. The hotel is basic but does the job, decor within the rooms is a little tired/would benefit from a freshen up (front doorbell and lock broken, a loose wall light etc) and cleanliness was satisfactory but not the highest standard.
