"The place is dated and needs major upgrades to make it a 3-star hotel. But, the staff were friendly, there was hot water and the sheets were clean. That's what I was looking for. The alternative was staying at a camp ground nearby, and this was a definite upgrade. That said, the carpet in the room was curling up in the middle of the room. The bathroom needs major touch-ups just to make it presentable to company. And, I found this kind of funny, the drapes aren't on a track, so you can't block...

"The potential of this property is mind blowing! The views, waterfront and location are exceptional. I can not believe the management and ownership has allowed the property to decay. Ceiling tiles all out of place, holes in the wallpaper, stickers have removed from the dressers. Our headboard wasn’t even attached to the bed frame."
