This is the worst vacation we have ever had.
The first day, when we arrived, my wife had a big problem opening the doors, and she was waiting for 45 min with her 75-year-old mother after the stroke until I got there.
When I arrived, I also had a considerable problem opening these doors until I did open.
The next problem was that this place was not cleaned; all the plates were wet and dirty. It was the same with coffee mugs; I have all the pictures from day one.
The kitchen floors had not been cleaned for months, and the carpets were not vacuumed; my wife took a paper towel and swiped through the kitchen table; the paper towel was black, how dirty it was.
The faucet in one of the bathrooms is entirely loose.
In the two bedrooms, the TV was not working at all, and Mom was watching TV; when she is in bed, she was not able to watch TV at all, and she is after a stroke.
For all these problems above, I have taken pictures and videos, and I have solid approval.
Also, for all these complaints, nobody even contacted us to come down to look and clean this filthy place. I sent to Vacasa 14 text messages, and my only response was SORRY, and we will create the ticket.
This is ridiculous; we are renting through Virbo 2-3 times a year, and I never completed and gave 5-star reviews, but this place crossed the line.
I need a full 100% refund before I take to the next step.
