Perfect Vacation Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a long weeekd in early June and loved being in this unit. It truly is a premier property with updated kitchen, bathrooms, large bedrooms and super-clean overall. The view of the ocean from the top floor bedroom is by far the best any in Garden City! These units are in a quiet part of the beach and you cannot heat other tenants in other units. We will definitely try to stay in this unit again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable time with excellent weather. However, the property is in need of attention for repairs. Second story balcony looked almost unsafe, burned out light bulbs, etc. Moreover, I never received a thank you from reservation, to check-in to check-out and was never asked if accommodations were satisfactory by anyone at the property management company. To the employees I dealt with, it seemed like "this is just a job." Will definitely return to the area in 2015 but like use another property management company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have used your company for several years now and I have always been pleased. The only thing different this year was the condo was not cleaned properly. When we arrived the used towels and linens from the last guests were in a pile in the foyer. Later on in the evening we discovered there were also dirty towels behind the door in the upstairs bathroom. There were also empty beer bottles in the trash upstairs. I called the office upon arrival and they sent someone to pick up the dirty linens. The person that "cleaned" our condo might want to be monitored a little closer though. I will definitely use your company again because I know you are a great company, although we had some guest with us that didn't know you as well as I do and would probably not use you.

Wonderful location-loved condo w/little bumps in the road

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was in a beautiful location. We didn't get in until after 4:00 on Saturday, Aug.20th. The cleaning ladies said that the party before had trashed the place and that is why it took so long to get it. The house was clean, but not spotless by no means, especially the bedroom bath upstairs. Also there was a smell in the main living room all week like something was rotten so we stayed in the sitting room (which was our fault for not calling service!)Also the washing machine was really loud, and the dryer took a longer time to dry than it should. The a/c downstairs was really loud, too, like it needed to be replaced. I don't mean to sound so negative because the pool, yard, beach, location was great!!
