"Our group consisted of 5 women in the city for a family bridal shower. This unit met our needs perfectly. The beds were all very comfortable, plentiful hot water, and a cool long dining table to eat together or just sit around and chat. We had everything we needed and access to transportation nearby. Our one request for extra towels was satisfied extremely quickly (within 5 minutes). We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. "

"We were dismayed when we arrived and the place isn't as nice as the photos suggest (some nice furniture was gone). One of the beds had soiled sheets on it and was dirty on the floor around it. The property manager sent a cleaner over two days later, but that person who needed to stay in that bed had to find other accommodations. "Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...

"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

"The apartment is exactly as described! Very clean. Perfect location. Close to grocery stores and liquor stores. It is a bit noisy from outside noise, but what place isn’t in New York? So bring some ear plugs. Definitely worth the rental price!! We could not have been any happier with this rental!"

"The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight.
