Flexible timing & policies:
Early check-in or late check-out is available when possible and billed at $25 per hour (maximum two hours).
A $250 security deposit hold is placed for incidentals and released 24 hours after checkout.
All cancellations include a 3% processing fee.

House rules:
To keep the home peaceful for everyone: no smoking, no parties, no gatherings, or unapproved events. A Ring doorbell provides added security.
A simple rental agreement is required, and all credit card transactions may be subject to ID, card, and billing address verification.
