"The cabin itself was really nice. All the furniture was comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to Banner Elk. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were not in great condition. The icemaker was broken when we arrived, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been serviced recently. The "ConciAir Team" was slow to reply to our messages, but did apologize for the inconveniences. That all being said, I would be willing to stay there again if they agreed to address the hot tub issue. "

"My family and I booked this cabin for our snow tubing trip in March, 2026. The cabin is in such a pleasant area. Its close to everything but yet completely tucked away in the mountains. The cabin was clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor hanging lights which lights up the outdoor area beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and coffee pots. (regular pot and k-cup option) There were plenty of towels and washclothes provided for our trip. My...
