Nice but not for us
The area is beautiful. The condo is spacious enough for a couple or small family. The bed was comfortable enough and it was clean. This owner is kind enough to not charge a pet fee which we thought was great! If you want peace and quiet, do not visit during the weekend or a holiday. Sitting on the deck in early mornings is nice and quiet, but later the constant noise of side by sides will drive you inside (beyond the owner's control). This condo is located beside the tennis court and pool. Convenient if you use them. Noisy if you do not. Upon entering, if it has been raining, there is no gutter over the door, so there will be a small waterfall you will have to walk through. Also, the kitchen tiles are very slick when wet. We liked being able to use the grill, but the ignitor is broken (known to the owner) and had to use a small lighter (found in the kitchen) because the long lighter the owner advised us to use was not there. This is a hazard. The living room tv has Roku which has apps you can use; however, we had to download a VISIO app to control it because the Roku remote had no volume adjustment and the tv remote rarely worked and the buttons would stick when pressed. Alot of trouble just to watch tv.Overall, the property was nice, but the location is not for us.
