Family Gathering

Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The cabin was fairly well located, with Zion Ponderosa nearby. The only negative was the noise from construction of a cabin on the adjacent lot.

This was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. The upstairs couch only slept one. It wasn’t a problem for us as we only had 18. if you have 20 people you would need to plan accordingly. Great house!!

5 Stars - Perfect Home Base for Exploring Zion and Beyond!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The property was spacious, spotless, and easily accommodated our group of 16 people without feeling crowded. There is a large bedroom with multiple beds for the kids and they had plenty of space to hang out. One of the highlights was the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s located near Zion and excursion companies in Orderville. We did a UTV tour to the slot canyons. We also enjoyed time in nearby Kanab. If you stay here, we highly recommend visiting Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. Go after 6pm when the weather cools down, and rent boards at the park (25 each) to slide down the dunes. We rented four and it was plenty for our big group to share. Everyone had a blast and the view is gorgeous! The only thing to keep in mind about the location is that grocery stores might be more of a drive away than you are used to. We packed a cooler and got our groceries before arriving.The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable and convenient stay and they were quick to reply to my questions. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, roomy, and ideally situated cabin with a large group! Lastly, be sure to go outside to view the stars at night! They were amazing!

Great friends and family cabin

We did a father and son trip with a few dads and several boys. Cabin was clean and spacious. Kitchen was great, several bathrooms. Scenery beautiful from back porch. It is a 45 minute drive from the Zion visitor center at the south entrance. The drive is beautiful but I wish it wasn’t so far. Also no stores or restaurants nearby, so make sure you bring groceries on your way here. We had a great time.

Great for family reunion of 20 people

Well stocked kitchen. Close to Zion National Park (20 min drive). Fairly clean (a few spiders - to be expected in the mountains - and the bedding and towels could use replacing with newer/cleaner/softer). Great gathering areas for games and eating. Big, beautiful deck and outdoor dining. Easy check-in and good driving directions.

Zion Moutain Retreat

We had a great stay at this house on our trip to Zion. the house was secluded with trees all around. Kitchen very welled stocked with everything we needed. We hiked in Zion most every day we were here. the house is about 1/2 hour from the park entrance gate and maybe 45 minutes from Springdale. Ryan the owner communicated well. Overall great house and we would stay here again

The house was a great size! It was fully stocked with the necessary supplies. Generally the house was clean but there were several dishes we took out of the kitchen drawers and cabinets that were extremely dirty. Since the guests are required to wash and put away all dishes before check out, I guess they are not doing a good job. The water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms was poor. BBQ pit did not work well. It seemed to only work on one setting which was high. The oven takes a very long time to come to temperature. The neighborhood is very nice but unfortunately not many store options around so grab your groceries in town before you enter the park. Overall we had a great stay and would reserve again if the shower pressure is somehow improved. The host was very responsive.

Wonderful Zion House

We gathered our family of 8 for Christmas at this wonderful house on the edge of Zion National Park. Beautiful spacious house with a great view and buffered from other homes in the community. Deer and chipmunks made their way through the yard. We found nice short hikes out from the house and long day hikes in Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. Would highly reccomend this house. Scott, the host, was easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Lovely Home!

We really enjoyed our stay during a visit to Zion and Bryce. The home was very comfortable and well appointed. We were grateful that we could bring our dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms and bathrooms were as described. The only issue we encountered was the lack of window coverings downstairs- between 7:30am and 10:30am the family room was so bright and the sun was so intense it was difficult to make breakfast. We didn’t find a second refrigerator in the garage, but we made do without it. Ryan was a very friendly and communicative host. We would recommend this home to a large family or group.

Amazing Views!

The house itself is beautiful! The views were amazing! The location was perfect for our group. On this trip we did Zion, Bryce, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes so it was a good location for us with just the right amount of seclusion. This house did literally have EVERYTHING! Lots of kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. The rooms were all nice too. One of the upstairs bedroom has a few beds, tv, and couch which was perfect for our group. The living room has huge windows with a nice view. The driveway has lots of parking space too. We'd definitely stay here again!

45th college reunion

We rented this property for our class reunion from Sept 18-23. This is a fantastic property in an excellent location with great views. It has all the amenities and well equipped. Ryan was very helpful in answering questions and helping with last minute requests. We would highly reccomend this property, and will stay here in the future. Thanks for everything Ryan!
