"The Nantucket Penthouse was an amazing place to stay! It is decorated a little on the contemporary side, and the colors are beautiful!We had 2 adults in the master bedroom with a king bed and 3 teenagers upstairs in the loft. 2 Queen beds. The loft area has a lot of space and a good cooling system if it is a warm day or night. "Shower worked okay the first day. On the second day the water came out of the shower from under the glass wall and it puddled almost all the way under the bed, and under our luggage. We used all towers to wipe the floor and our belongings.Used the fans and open all windows to get everything as dry as possible before our departure.We turn off the fans and closed all windows per the check-out instructions.Place was okay, perfect location, but price is a bit too expensive for what you’re getting."

The outdoor shower was clutch post beach time and the yard allowed for our dog to enjoy the trip as much as we did. Add in the access to the coastal trail and it was unbeatable. "Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. We didn't get responses promptly. Make sure to bring ear plugs as it gets noisy at night with the aircrafts coming in and out of SFO.Suggestions:...

Everything about it was excellent: the location is within walking distance of Grand Avenue, the house has so much room (including a downstairs bedroom), and Wai was a responsive host.
