"The host was great. Easy communication. The house was ready earlier than the check in time, and he let me know in case I was waiting. Which, of course, he didn’t have to do. Pool and yard maintenance is well done, especially considering the size of the yard. We came to visit nearby family, so we’ll plan to stay here again."

"The home is large and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The home is right on the water and has lovely views early in the morning. Would be nice to have some outdoor furniture to sit out and enjoy the sunrise. The kitchen has the basics: dishes, silverware, pots and pans, dishwasher, cups, coffee maker, etc. It was missing trash bags though. Through no fault of the owner, the water coming out of the faucet is less than ideal. I recommend picking up bottled water on your way in....

"We had a fantastic stay at Susan’s property while in town for a nearby youth sports tournament. Susan was prompt and friendly in communication, the house was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Enjoyed walking along the lake, restaurants nearby (including a cute candy/ice cream shop!), and the lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend!"

The home offers you spacious accommodations, a chef’s kitchen, magnificent views of Lake Katharine and a feeling of being home. "This lake house was perfect for our family w three adults, a teen and 3 younger kids. We booked a fishing trip with a nearby marina. The house has everything you would normally need during your stay. The owner replied to my questions right away. We were very satisfied and did not want to leave."
