"We stayed in three rooms here and honestly it exceeded expectation. The property is stunning — set on a vineyard with the most beautiful flowers and a a gorgeous pool. It feels private, which made it feel like a real escape. The host was fantastic, super friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything. Would absolutely come back, also very comfy beds plenty of towels and beautiful outdoor spaces and kitchen facility. And we love the outdoor fireplace!"

"Description was accurate. The property was clean. There is no dishwasher in the property so when my husband the chef realized that it made our decision to eat out easier. It’s pretty close to everything. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"Location is great due to proximity to many restaurants, stores and the freeways. The place is clean and small, more suited for a short stay for two people or one person for a long stay, mainly because there is no living room and the main common room is the bedroom. The apt is on a lovely homesite and parking on the sidewalk was easy. The AC, bathroom, washer and drying rack were nice, although we didn't use the washer. "Can I just move in?! The property is in the most ideal location. Very easy to walk to the beach and the beautiful downtown. We walked into the house and immediately felt like we were on vacation. It’s clean with quality furniture & a very comfortable bed. My daughter and her 3 friends enjoyed the downstairs 2 double beds. Claire was extremely responsive, provided snacks and a welcome note / wine. Capitola in general seems to have spotty WiFi. I had planned to work from the location but WiFi was...

"Our family had a wonderful long weekend stay here. So close to Twin Lakes State Beach, the harbor and nearby restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking was easy. Checking in and out directions were clear and correspondence with the host was responsive and helpful."
