The condo was perfect for our short Labor Day weekend beach trip with our family of 4. The location and views from the deck did not disappoint! The condo is not far from entering EI (didn't have to sit in traffic), and a fantastic beach area (great waves and fluffy sand, clean). My teen especially enjoyed the sand volleyball courts right next door. The complex was quiet, and easy to navigate. We also loved the community's covered porch deck out to the beach and wooden slatted walking path to the beachfront (so you don't burn your feet). While we didn't use the pool or other amenities they looked well-maintained. Inside the unit, everything was clean, comfortable and cutely decorated. We all slept well on the beds. The unit came with a lot of starter supplies, too. Coffee pods, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods...and even a cute welcome snack/water basket! Lastly, Char was a wonderful host. She was very responsive when we had some technical challenges at the entrance gate...and followed up with a phone call to ensure we made it inside the gate and condo itself. And, as newbies to EI, she provided a lot of great activity and restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend a stay here!

True beachfront condo with everything you could ask for. Steps to the ocean. Condo is clean, comfortable and has great views of the ocean. Char is an amazing host. She was so thoughtful in giving us restaurant recs and highlights of the island.

Perfect vacation even with stormy weather. We stayed an extra day just to squeeze in a little more beach time. The condo was lovely and I look forward to staying in that exact condo again .

This was our 4th time staying here and it was our best yet! The updates made to the condo make it even nicer than before! The view is still amazing and ease to get to the beach is always appreciated! We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

My husband and I took our 3 year old on our first family vacation with our aunt, we were celebrating 3 birthdays and an anniversary during our trip. The condo was clean and welcoming, plenty of room for us to spend the week and still have some space to ourselves. Char also included some extra decor to help us celebrate. 10/10, we will definitely look into staying again.

Char's Cozy Condo

Overall beautiful condo that is well maintained and has a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. Very comfortable bed with almost everything you need for a fun stay at the beach. My only suggestion is better beach chairs... the bag chairs leave a lot to be desired. We enjoyed the pavilion on the way to the beach every day as it had plenty of shade and comfortable seating. Morning walks were so peaceful and we look forward to visiting again. I would recommend Chars Condo for a couple or small family. Lots to do in the area!

Girls weekend at the beach

Wonderful last minute weekend for myself, my sister and one of my sisters in law! Access to the beach was fantastic and the weather was beautiful for late October. Accommodations were very comfortable and worked perfectly for our needs!

Char was so lovely and accommodating when I reached out about a last minute one night visit for my husband’s birthday. Would definitely return for a longer visit! Gotta love the view from the red chairs!

My sisters and I brought my elderly mother because she wanted to "see the beach again". this condo fit the bill perfectly. There was a great view of the beach from the deck and a very accessible walkway to the ocean front. I highly recommend this great place to stay.

An idea stay

Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Char’s Cozy Condo in Emerald Isle. The view was beautiful; the condo was updated and clean; and the property was well-maintained. Char communicated before, during, and after the stay yet was never intrusive. We’d be happy to stay again in the future.
