Villa Rusciu de lu mare superior is located in Torre Vado, Pozzo Pasulo area, in a beautiful panoramic position about a 5-minute walk from the pebble beach with clear, crystalline water at Pozzo Pasulo, a free beach suitable for families. The villa features an 8x3.5 meter pool with sun loungers and deck chairs included, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sea view at sunset, as well as a well-kept garden with a built-in barbecue for grilling with friends.



The four bedrooms, all with mosquito nets and air conditioning, can accommodate up to 7 guests, plus a sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest. This is an ideal solution for groups of friends or one to two families, including those with children. There are two bathrooms with showers. The living room, with a flat-screen TV, opens onto a shaded outdoor porch, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, dishes, cutlery, pots, and everything you need to prepare meals.



All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. For added convenience, towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee. You can park two cars inside the fully fenced property. In addition to the beach nearby, there are many golden sandy beaches just a few kilometers away, including Pescoluse. The nearest town is Torre Vado, where you’ll find many restaurants and shops for daily needs. In Torre Vado you can also rent boats, join tours, or enjoy sports activities, including water sports. The main guest must be at least 26 years old.
