La propiedad Luce sucia y abandonada y en nuestra Estancia nadie fue a limpiar nuestro cuarto, nadie del personal para ayudarte en cualquier necesidad. Nunca regresaría a ese lugar. MUCHO LO QUE PAGAS PARA LO QUE TE OFRECEN.

Ni cuando llegamos ni cuando nos fuimos nos atendió alguien pero bueno la habitación no está mal pero el colchón de las camas terrible en una cama simplemente no pudimos utilizarla ya que nos acostábamos y nos íbamos hacia el centro fuera de eso estuvo bien el lugar aún que yo mejoraría las instalaciones del baño

This is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced.We arrived the hotel at8:10 pm from the west entrance of Yellow stone that took our 4 hours. There weren’t any employees in the hotel we just found they closed check in at 8pm but nobody reminded us about that. We had to drive 40 minutes to the town for another hotel. We checked in the another hotel at 10:30. The hotel didn’t agree to refund the the payment I made .Its terrible and unacceptable.

The room was super filthy. There is a sled dogs park next to the property. The dogs were howling and barking all night - impossible to sleep. The cafe’s staff was friendly but very unkept. The person served food with super dirty hands..

Not the best
The hotel was not at all what I was expecting. The area is beautiful but the units are very dirty and there was flies everywhere. My husband spent over an hour killing flies. Overall, the service was not great either. I guess the season is ending but everything was out of stock or unavailable. There’s not much for miles, I highly recommend going up and driving the extra few hours to Gardiner for a better experience and stay with a gas station and at least a soda if you’re thirsty.

Avis extrêmement mitigé car il ne manque pas grand chose pour que l’endroit soit bien. Nous avons été très bien accueilli à l’arrivée et le staff du restaurant était sympatique. Nous avions un studio et la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient propres bien que poussiéreuses. En revanche le « salon » était bien plus sale et poussiéreux avec des cadavres de mouches un peu partout et il y avait une quinzaine de mouches vivantes, nous avons réussi à en faire sortir une dizaine. Comme seul le salon était chauffé mais que nous ne voulions pas de mouches dans la chambre nous avons fermé la porte pour dormir et avons eu très froid. Heureusement 3 plaids étaient mis à disposition. Il n’y a aucune insonorisation entre les chambres donc vous entendez le moindre éternuement du voisin mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles c’était ok. Également pas de machine à café dans la chambre et celui du restaurant était tiède .. Quant au restaurant du ranch, seulement deux option après 19h, tenders ou fish and chips. Nous avions pris des sticks de mozza et les tenders frites, et ce fut le pire repas que nous ayons jamais fait, les aliments n’avaient aucun goût et paraissaient fortement douteux. En somme, un bon coup de propre et de la nourriture meilleure pourrait grandement augmenter la note de ce ranch, dommage. Nous ne recommandons malheureusement pas cet endroit.

Disreputable establishment.
This hotel is one of the worst that we have ever stayed in. The check in person did not think that the two national parks surrounding the hotel were still open, which we knew was incorrect since we had just driven through one from the airport to get there. The room was filled with flies, had broken blinds, very stained bathtub, stained and torn carpets, one very tiny tube of shampoo and conditioner, a big closet with no hangers and so on. The topper was when a mouse ran out of a furnace closet into another unknown closet where the doorknob fell off. Their so called restaurant has a very limited, very expensive selection and we had to fight the flies for our food. I am surprised the health department hasn't shut them down. We canceled our second night stay and the hotel would not issue a refund.

Over priced
The beds were comfortable and clean. The location is good and it has a nice dude ranch feel. There was no way to get ahold of anyone after 8pm and we had a question about the heat. We had no cell service or phone in the room to get help. The lighting near the cabins is very poor making it difficult to walk at night. There was a plug in that has no cover on it. The heater was filthy, and for what we pay for the room, there is nothing but a bed and bathroom. It's difficult to get from the room to the desk clerk building unless you drive.

We loved the ranch setting and the opportunity to see the horses come and go from their night pasture. We found the staff helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent for accessing the north part of Grand Teton National Park. And photography of the Teton range at sunrise is also excellent. We wish there had been a refrigerator in the room for storage of picnic makings. We were visited by a mouse during the night that chewed on a box of leftover food on the dresser and left us some mouse droppings. If there had been a fridge, we could have eliminated that temptation. We couldn't leave the food outside due to much bigger foragers that might have visited.

This is a real dude/guest ranch experience
I just stayed one night as part of a 6 day road trip, so I didn't avail myself of the ranch activities, but I did enjoy seeing the horses, the sled dogs, and the beautiful wilderness that surrounds the ranch. The Teton views were beautiful. The restaurant was quaint, full of character, and the one meal I had there was just fine. The people were friendly. The room itself was what one should expect at a real guest ranch. Adequate and comfortable.

Terrible experience
We tried to leave after the first night because this place was so awful but we were not allowed a refund. Don't sign the waiver before you see your room! Walls were so thin we could hear a hacking cough on one side and women laughing and screaming on the other side of our room. Bottom sheets didn't fit the bed and kept slipping off all night. We got two sets of dingy stained towels (one bath, one hand and one wash cloth each) and were told we could have a towel change in three days. The bathroom was filthy; litter behind the door and a disgusting shower curtain. The room didn't have cups for taking medication...those cost $5 whether you had a beverage in them or not. We would not stay here again.

This stay, unlike all others in Wyoming, was a terrible disappointment. First, there was the mouse. My report of this was met with a shrug and description of how many mice the employee had in his living quarters. Mouse traps and other measures were not allowed, he said. The bathroom was gross, with a plunger positioned by the toilet, and debris on the floor. There was a locked closet that must have contained part of the plumbing for the building, as it rumbled to life when someone else ran their water. We expected some rustic charm, but were disappointed. The log interior walls were covered with dust, and furniture in the "living room" was in poor condition. We didn't use it, a mouse had disappeared under the couch! Find another place to stay.

I don’t how Expedia works like that, everything on picture shows is totally different when you stepped on it, the fly everywhere and the animal poop was everywhere! When you drove all day in the national parks and was so tired try to find good place to sleep. But not in this place! The dogs were barking all night almost every minute! Not just couple dogs, there’s almost 20 dogs locked around motel. We both couldn’t sleep at all and felt sick! When the sun rise, we immediately left that horrible house ( sorry that is not call motel) ! I hope the Expedia that will do something for us, if not , I will not never get in that wed sit again, thank you!

Loved the rustic decor to explore. Good selection was fine. A little surprised when they told my aunt that they couldn’t accept cash payments. (No problem for me). Room large, and surprisingly quiet. You could hear a pin drop. View of the mountains was magical. Didn’t take in any activities so nothing to report.

Disgusting, zero amenities. Was given a room that was “just cleaned “ He smelled strongly of a dead animal. I believe something died either in the walls or underneath the floor. I tried to disinfect and air out myself the first day, however I asked for another room the next day, which was given. No one offered to help me move all my belongings. I requested that my bill be reduced to reflect my extreme inconvenience. The place was disgusting. The carpet torn, a window broken no to very weak “free WiFi’.

Food was good but pricey and beds were comfy. We recommend the horse back riding at ranch. We stayed in Treehouse unit which needed to be swept especially rug at door entrance. Blowing off the porches would help in bringing in debris from porch. This unit needs a deep cleaning especially around the baseboards.

First of all, false advertising. The Expedia page made Heart 6 very inviting, but we weren't even staying there...instead they put us at a next-door property. The room we were assigned was clean, but the toilet paper holder had been removed from the wall, and there was no hot water at the sink. I also had to go to the desk to get glasses for the room. When I asked for ice, I was told that the closest place to get it was at a gas station 4 miles away. (the woman at the ranch's bar gave me some when I asked!)The ONLY good thing is that the woman at the desk recommended Hatchet Restaurant (we ate there four times). When we told the staff there that the next time we come their way (or recommend a near-Grand Tetons motel to anyone), we will tell them about Hatchet (also an inn). The waiter there said, "I'm not surprised. I think that the on-line presentation for Heart 6 is VERY misleading."

Best ranch hospitality
I loved the cabin rustic feel of the ranch, restaurant and room. The views were amazing and cannot be beat anywhere between Jackson Hole and the ranch, and just right outside my cabin room. The ambiance of the entire ranch will forever my most memorable stay and I will be back again.

Remote working ranch with few amenities but a real ranch feel. Clean and comfortable as long as you realize you aren’t at the Ritz. Only downside for the stay was VERY curt and frankly rude behavior of attached restaurant server who clearly was in the wrong line of work as he made the experience totally miserable. Accommodations themselves were ok

Heart6 Ranch has a beautiful scenery for trail riding, hunting and hiking. The rooms in the lodge are nice but also very basic. The lodge has a shared team room gor the evenings which is also nicely made but furniture is old and very used. The only current option for food and drinks close by is the Café with is next to the Check-In and also belongs to the ranch. Food is from medium quality and is also expensive for what you get. However the wranglerd do a very good job with the horses and take great care of the customers during trail riding and hunting trips.

The room we planned to stay in 2 nights was filthy. Told manager we were leaving the next morning and that he should refund our second night’s charge. He said he would ask his boss. The next morning At checkout he said he never said that and refused to refund 2nd night charges. So a filthy room with an unprincipled GM.

Old and run down room. Not properly cleaned. Some garbage from prior guests still present. Beds losing support, so not terribly comfortable. Layout was awkward. We expected 1 queen bed and a sofa bed, which we could sit on, but there were two beds which filled the room, and we couldn’t even see each other if we sat on different beds (in two separate arms of the “L” shaped room). In our 2 week travels up to this point, it was the most expensive and least comfortable room we stayed in. I know that the region is expensive, but I expected more for the price. Coffee was good and staff were friendly.

We found the Heart Six Ranch when looking for a hotel. We all know what a hotel is and what to expect. It’s a disservice to both “the ranch” and hotels to list it as such. It’s a hunting cabin. Somewhere you bring a bunch of guys to drink, play cards, excessively junk food excessively, tell off color jokes and take the occasional short walk in the woods to look for game. We stayed one night in the “Tree House” building. The vista overlooking the valley is great, as is the building’s exterior. The furniture is rustic and charming. To make furniture out of trees takes a great deal of skill, craftsmanship and imagination. The river rock in the shower floor looks fantastic. This is where the charm ends. Here’s what to expect. • Cobwebs: lots of them throughout. Dirt and dust on the floor. They don’t spend too much time cleaning for the next guest. • Wires hanging from the ceiling • Sulfur water: I expect some maybe be accustomed to this but if you live somewhere with a municipal water system this will be a rude awakening. • Protruding nail in the flooring: Many of their photos show carpeting flanking the beds. Not in the “Tree House”. So,if you pop out of the bed in the middle of nigh to use the bathroom, expect to land on a nail. • GROSS shower curtain: Whether its sulfur and calcium deposits, soap and a combination of both, this was the worst shower curtain ever! No hotel, not even a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn, would have this shower curtain in their rooms.

牧場のホテルとしてはまあまあ綺麗でした。外は馬のフンの臭いがしていた。レストランは1ヶ所しかなく、店員も1人しか居ないのでサービスが悪かった。レストランに犬が歩いていたりと、牧場内だということを理解して泊まった方がよい。

We loved being with the horses. The view to the Tetons was otherworldly, both at sunrise and sunset. Amenities were missing. We had one tiny bar of soap, no cups to drink from, no ice, no microwave, no TV, no coffee maker (oh please), and in our first floor room, no insulation. We could hear our upstairs neighbors’ every word and felt their every footstep. Café didn’t open until 7, and they charge for water, unless you bring your own bottle. Still, we’d go back. The experience for us Bay Area couple didn’t depend on the amenities, helpful though they would have been.

This property is not really clean. There is still dirt on the floor or in the room corner ( like someone swept it, but did not bring it to the litter bin ). The curtain doesn't fully hide you from the outside. There is still an Excavator and many dirt piles in the area. The hotel doesn't provide a fridge, or coffee maker. If you ask the personnel at the bar for some hot water, she will charge you $5/cup. During the night, I still heard the people in the neighboring rooms snoring. Anyway, what I like is that the heater is very good in every zone of the room. Furthermore, the view is good (except your room is near the dirt pile) Besides, this hotel is suitable for horse lovers. You can get near the nice horses and touch/feed them.
