This home is a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms, one bath the livingroom And kitchen with dishes and pots & pans ALL...
One bed room has a king bed and the other room has a Full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. All beds are memory foam mattresses. (Additional memory foam mattress inside the bean bag ***just unzip it)
I have added a pack-n-play as well as a high chair.
Additionally there is a front patio with seating and a grill for your use. The front lawn is kept up and in the summer you will find vegetables you may take what you will use just be gentle with the plants.

Nice neighborhood, good parking, very clean and comfortable. Bunk bed was reasonably comfortable, larger bed was OK but different from what I'm used to. That said, it was a very nice VRBO experience, better than many that I've had and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a 2-3 person stay in Montrose.

The perfect spot for our short visit to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. The house was ideal for our family of four adults. It is well-equipped and super accessible to the grocery store and restaurants. The house was clean, lots of towels, comfy beds, perfect kitchenette, and a great space to gather and hang out. Cat responded so quickly to any questions. She was a great host. Highly recommend this lovely home!

This house is exactly as shown! Great location and great neighborhood! Could use more counter space for food prep as some other reviews said but is there ever really enough counter space when you’re cooking?! There was a table to extend for use and the host was so accommodating! She thought of everything even tooth brushes! I would definitely stay here again!
