"We loved the balcony view of the old church. Having places to eat and drink right below the place was nice. The location next to the Metro was a very short walk and very convenient. Frederic was a wonderful host and communicated in a timely manner to our questions. His instructions for entering the rental were very helpful. Also, having an elevator was very nice after a long day of touring Paris. "

"The stairs to the apartment have broken and temporary flimsy stairs have been installed. It was a struggle to go up to the apartment with the suitcases. And the temporary metal stairs are fully exposed to rain, and when it was rainy, it was very very slippery and I slipped down a few stairs and injured my back (may need to get a medical scan done when I am back in US ). "Great location and apartment. Host was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. The floor above is doing construction so you can hear drilling and hammering during the day. The lights went out twice and we had mess with the circuit breaker to fix it. We weren’t running multiple appliances at the same time - we weren’t running the dishwasher or clothes washer or hair dryers either. "
