Getaway

Quite place to kick back and relax, says you can fish there is a private deck at the home, but there is so many turtles in the pond they have ate all the fish. But not the owners fault, just a heads up on the private fishing dock.

Quiet cabin

The cabin was extremely clean and perfect for what my family needed. Check in and out was seamless, and the manager was quick to respond to my questions. The pond offered a fun place to hang out together. We also enjoyed Lake Cumberland, a very short drive.

Great 2 bedroom with lake access

Absolutely loved the fact that we had our own private dock, that was about 25 feet away from the screened in back porch. Even loved the old school surround sound system.. they don't make em like it anymore.

Quiet beautiful charming cabin.

Thouroughly enjoyed evey second. Hosts were incredibly accomodating in evry sense. House was very clean, beds very comfortable and the small dock on the lake very relaxing. Hot tub clean and in good working order, Would 100 percent revisit this wonderful litlle romantic getaway.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Nice little cottage in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The place was very clean and had everything you need to cook dinner or cookout. The hot tub was amazing and we found the pond very relaxing. Great location close to Lake Cumberland 9 minutes from Conley Bottom Marina.

Clean home and quiet get away

The house was very clean and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Fishing in the pond was outstanding, each of my sons caught a humongous catfish, biggest they have ever caught! The hot tub is very clean and big, the screened in porch was so nice to have coffee on every morning and play cards together in the evenings. This is our second time staying here, the only negatives were that the air cannot be set below 70 and the bedrooms would get very hot at night and the beds are very hard, we actually went to Walmart and bought a 3 inch memory foam topper to be able to sleep in the beds at night, also there was no broom to sweep with but there was a vacuum we made do with. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay again, the proper manager was very kind and although this is attached to the office we were never bothered.

This cozy cottage was just what we wanted! It was so clean, close to Lake Cumberland for water activities and to town! The cottage was so comfortable and had all the dishes and utensils needed! Working with the host, Steve, was super! He answered our questions and concerns promptly! The screened-in porch was where we spent most of our time! The hot tub was delightful , but a challenge for us older folks to enjoy! Russel, the maintenance man, was very cordial, helpful and came every day to empty trash! We hope to return again soon!

Great for our family!

We stayed for three nights with our family. The cottage was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for all six of us. The hot tub was a nice perk and very relaxing on one rainy morning. We would stay here again!

On Golden Pond

The dock is listed as private but we had to run off several intruders and on one occasion at night they had left evidence of at least 3 people,We don’t know who these people are they are no doubt other vacationers. We were uncomfortable with these situations.
