Great location, under 10 minutes to the boat ramp. The home is well designed to entertain both inside and out.Electric & water easily accessible. Unbelievable hiking / waterfalls and unlimited bays on the water to enjoy! Thumps up all around!!!

Stephanie and Kevan, were among the most smooth VRBO arrival/stay/departures I have booked in a long time. Their property was exactly as pictured and in pristine condition; very clean and simple instructions left by host. They were extremely accommodating and flexible with our reservation. Pet friendly, picturesque views and serene setting to hear nothing but the sounds of nature while sipping your coffee from the covered patio in the morning. (Early November)

Rooms were large and very comfy. One thing that would make it better is a game room if you have kids. Also, I didn’t realize all the bedrooms and full bathrooms were on the second floor…not great for me because I have problems with stairs. Hot tub was amazing…firepit was very nice. Kitchen and appliances are top notch. Also, TV’s in the upstairs bedrooms would be a plus. We had a very enjoyable time.

This place was perfect for us. It was a easy check-in and the location was almost like a cul-de-sac where there was no through traffic. Beautiful decorated in and outside. We loved using the jacuzzi and sitting aroud the fire at night. We made a couple of meals and there kitchen was stocked with what we needed. There was a place not to far away that we rented a platoon for the day and we grilled on the platoon and spent the whole day on Cumberland river. We also went to spring mills to see the waterfall. What a great memorial 5 day vacation we had. We will be back again. Thank you Stephanie

This was a great house! Super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, and the grill. It was 30 mins to Conley Bottom marina and 15 mins to a grocery store. We would stay here again next time we're back!!

You won't want to leave!!

Start to finish this place is amazing. Spacious, comfortable, so clean (down to the baseboards), and has everything you could think of. If you forgot it, thay had it there for you. We hung out on the patio, in the got tub, on the couch, and went for random fishing expeditions. Time wasn't a thought, until we had to leave. Thank you for the hospitality and hosting such an amazing place. We cant wait to come back in the fall!

Beautiful, clean, spacious and peaceful!

We were very impressed with this property and with the hosts as well. It's in a very quiet area; it's surrounded by big beautiful trees. It looks exactly like the pictures. It's well decorated, well lit, very clean, and has super comfortable beds and big, beautiful showers. The outdoor space is absolutely perfect.There's a big fire pit and comfortable furniture and a generous sized hot tub. I enjoyed the little extras like plenty of available towels, and nightlights in appropriate places. My teenage son said he wanted to live there. We had a wonderful couple of days. It was more house than we needed for my small family. I'm hoping we can go back and bring some friends next time!

Secluded paradise

This property was such a dream. We came down for a few nights with our friends, kids, and pups and everything was perfect for our entire group. The outdoor entertaining space was big enough for everyone to hang out and afternoon football inside was perfect! We used the huge open concept to let all the kids carve pumpkins. The bathrooms and bedrooms were exactly as described. The nightly fires were so relaxing, and the area was so quiet. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much hosts for giving us a space to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Beautiful Lake Cumberland Home

Our family enjoyed a weekend getaway to this beautiful home. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The outdoor area was perfect for our group. We will definitely come back!

Mini vacay with spouse and adult children

The property was in a calm, serene setting which was just what we needed! The decor was upscale and thoughtfully decorated from the wall art to the linens, etc. When we go with our adult kids we have a tradition that we each take one night to cook dinner- the kitchen was well-appointed and easy to carry on this tradition! They have a very nice grill which my son-in-law also enjoyed using for the meal they prepared. As others have said, you do need to plan ahead as far as eating out and/or going to the store but that was NOT a big deal at all since we knew in advance. It honestly probably helped us to slow down a bit. We spent time in the hot tub as well as on the covered patio and enjoyed playing games. We went to the quaint town of Somerset one day to eat lunch as well as peruse the shops. Another day we rented a pontoon boat on Lake Cumberland, using a marina which was only 20 minutes away. Spending the day on this lake was so peaceful on a weekday. :) We all agreed that we would all go back! Thank you for the oasis you have created, Kevan and Steph.

Summer Kickoff

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the house, very pleased with the accuracy of the photos. Nothing was edited, everything was the same size as it looked in the pictures. The host was tentatively checking in on us to make sure everything was good after some problems from Mother Nature. Hope to stay again.

Family fun!

Beautiful home well equipped for a large family stay. We had 12 people from 3 generations and we all had a great time. The outdoor space is great and the hot tub is amazing! The beds are comfy too. Remote enough to be peaceful yet close enough to the marina for our days on the lake. Thank you Kevan for a wonder place to stay on our family vacation!
