IL NIDO Della Vecchiona by the sea - A/C - Parking

Il Nido della Vecchiona - Beautiful Apartment with GARDEN - PRIVATE PARKING and AIR CONDITIONING - is located in the most beautiful area of Monterosso, within the private park of the historic Villa La Vecchiona.
The house is incorporated into the villa and partly has its own independent structure with a view of the romantic garden already described by the poet Eugenio Montale, with the statue of Summer described in Ossi di Seppia, which earned him the Nobel Prize for Literature. At the entrance to the garden there is the Grottino delle Conchiglie where the poet Montale and his sister, as children, stuck the shells found in the sea - still visible - on the ceiling. The garden is furnished with tables, chairs and deck chairs. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a beautiful marble sink. The apartment has just been renovated and has high quality furniture and appliances, hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, safe, garden and private parking.
The house is composed as follows: from the garden you enter the living room, with glass walls and ceiling, surrounded by greenery. The environment is open to the modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook and eat comfortably at home. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, with a bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds) and a bathroom with shower and another bedroom with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with tub. From the double bedroom there is access to a small cloister where the laundry room is located, with washing machine and dryer. Behind the house there is a space designated for hanging out.
IMPORTANT:
All bedrooms and the living room have both cold and hot AIR CONDITIONING. 
There is a private parking lot available for guests which is free of charge and is FOR ONE STANDARD SIZE CAR ONLY. - NO PEOPLE CARRIERS OR VANS ARE ALLOWED

The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
