Apartment 'Casa Sole A Monterosso' with Balcony, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The apartment is in the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is designed for short stays that respect the local environment.



Check-in: Check-in is strictly from 4:00 pm. Early check-in cannot be requested. If early arrival is possible, you will be informed within 24 hours before arrival; otherwise, check-in is at 4:00 pm. Arrivals after 9:00 pm are subject to a late check-in surcharge, available for an extra fee. Only documented flight or train delays are exceptions. Self check-in is not available.



Amenities: The apartment does not have a dishwasher.



Accommodation: The apartment sleeps up to 5 guests: 2 double beds (for 4 guests) and a single bed for a 5th guest. The sofa is not a bed and does not provide the comfort of a real bed. If your group of 4 would like the single bed, please inform me when booking. I cannot guess your preference.



Linen: Bed linen is provided based on the number of guests. Extra linen for the sofa requires advance request and may incur an extra fee.



Sustainability: Please avoid wasting water and do not leave the air conditioning on with windows open or set to extreme temperatures. The washing machine is available for one wash cycle per day. Thank you for helping us save water and energy. Please read all information carefully before booking.



IMPORTANT – RESPECT IS MANDATORY

I expect polite and respectful communication, as I offer to all guests. Aggressive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. In such cases, I will contact the authorities, the guest will be required to leave, and the booking will be canceled according to current policies. Rude guests are not welcome.
