From this elevated location in the Skyline Forest area of Monterey, guests will enjoy beautiful views of Monterey Bay day and night. Situated in a tree-lined neighborhood walking distance to Via Paraiso city park with a trail, ball field and tennis courts; more ambitious walkers will make their way to Veteran's Memorial Park and the Huckleberry Hill Loop Trailhead.

This is a well-positioned home base for touring around the central California coast. A short drive brings you to historic downtown Monterey, Fisherman's Wharf or to conveniences like the Del Monte Shopping Center; take the back way to Pacific Grove or take advantage of easy access to Highway 1 to reach Carmel-by-the-Sea (10 minutes), Big Sur (40 minutes) and beyond.

Living Spaces
This is a 1,570 sf townhouse in a friendly community. There are several steps from the parking area to reach the townhouse but it is all one level once inside. The gas fireplace is perfect for cool coastal evenings.

All TVs inside the home are wifi-enabled Smart TVs with streaming options. Guests can bring the logins to their own streaming subscription services and Hulu and Disney+ are provided at the house along with XFininity Streaming from Comcast.

Outside, you'll find a gas BBQ grill and a TV.

Kitchen and Dining
A fully-equipped kitchen is ready and waiting to help you create meals and dine in during your vacation. When you want to take the night off, the nearby dine-out options are many.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a TV.
The full hall bathroom has a standing shower.

One dedicated off-street parking space is provided in front of the home. The community has additional spaces for day-visitors.

A washer and dryer are located in the home and are available for guest use.

One well-behaved dog is welcome per HOA rules with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Keep in mind that the home does not have a private, fenced yard.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
