I have an illness that requires peace and serenity, and to be honest the food, the comfort of the room, the view and the staff wasn’t bad. The spa therapist was great as well. Going back for more nights in the future😜👍

YOUR SIMBLY THE BEST ! BETTER THAN ALL THE REST! 🇯🇲 Sand and Tan formerly Kaz Kreole is a hidden Jem the staff is wonderful I can’t thank them Enough Thank You! Rhody ,Michelle ,Aaron ,Deon ,Ingrid and Beautiful Angel Miss Janice and last but not least the man that can help with everything Ricky ! My mother and I celebrated our birthdays staying at this hotel it’s amazing and conveniently located rooms are big and free breakfast, all the food and drinks are delicious! Shout out to Sara the owner’s daughter and the owners everyone treats you like family not a guest but family if you allow the staff they will fill you up with Authentic Jamaican love and vibes, soon come ♥️

I didn't like the fact that I book a honeymoon suite which is totally not up to the standards I was expecting the bathroom sore point no door on it the shower facets aren't working properly the Ac unit at one point stop working, iron board no iron when ask for one had to wait at a hour for it to come iron came in a deplorable condition the dinning area needs to be upgraded

This place should never be advertised as an hotel or a place to lodge. Please take heed to my comment and all the other negative ones, because they are true. The pictures available online are not from this building. When I arrived at the location, I was beyond astonished because the building was dilapidated with mildew running down the walls outside. It is located down an alley way with a lot of men hanging-out (red flag #1). At my arrival, a police car pulled up suddenly and they immediately entered the building (red flag #2). This tells me there was some illegal/criminal activity taking place, or just occurred before i showed up. I was still in disbelief that this was the hotel that I booked online with ocean view, so entered and confirmed with the receptionist if this was indeed the place and she said yes. I immediately asked her how i can get a refund, because there was no way I could stay here with my young child and feel safe. She then tried convincing me to go down the hallway and take a look around. Once i opened the door that would lead me down the hallway, the scent of marijuana slapt me in my face. I immediately turned around and told her, there is no way I am staying here because i was catfished. The manager told me that they would NOT be refunding my money. I immediately left and book another hotel to stay. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company and explained what occurred. Thank the Lord i was fully refunded.

Honest review

You'll get what you pay for Reservation on hotels.com said check-in time was 3pm the email from Kaz Kreole said check-in was 4pm (The google maps location is still incorrect) Arrived at the hotel around 4:15 check-in took 20+minutes since we had to sign forms pay a deposit then wait for housekeeping to prepare the room Overall the staff was pleasant. We were told that towels would have been brought to us shortly which never ended up coming. I went to staff the following morning to inquire about towels. She went to the receptionist who I overheard saying that she will just have to give me a towel that is in bad condition. The view from our second-floor room was lovely and the air conditioning worked fine. I called ahead to find out whether there would be a minifridge in every room and I was told yes. To my surprise, there wasn't one and I was counting on that. Sheets were noticeably torn and the bed was noisy Another guest accidentally used her key in our room door and opened it but it is possible that I hadn't locked it properly A lizard also came into our room The breakfast was served in a very timely manner The bacon was disgusting burnt and insulting & there were shells in my eggs on two occasions A fly was caught in the sugar container which is no fault of theirs I only hope they threw it out Couldn't shower at night-no water And regardless of all these things my partner and I had a lovely time Take what you need and go with an open mind.

La ubicación es complicada de acceder, porque está alejado del centro a 4 km. Pero lo compensa con la playa privada, los precios normales. Volveríamos a ir definitivamente, nos atendieron muy bien.

Ideal para los que buscan tranquilidad absoluta. Al no ser un hotel grande, no hay mucha gente y puedes disfrutar la tranquilidad de su playa (no muchos hoteles en la zona la tienen).

Nice place to rest.

It is a very calm and relaxed place. Management and service staff are very kind. The hotel was very good in terms of cost (the reduced rate we paid) Vs. Benefit relation. It is close to supermarket and local shops. Despite of being an open beach, there are not so many people coming to it which makes it very private.

Please Read

The hotel is no longer by that name which made it hard to locate. The actual check in is at 4pm but it’s advertised as 3pm. Any guest can only stay on balcony but cannot come in your room. No overnight guests allowed. There is also a no refund policy so although I didn’t like the place I wa s forced to stay there so I don’t lose my money. The bar out back was the best thing this place has going on and the staff is friendly.

The view is very nice, staff very nice, but the room very dirty and old I paid for two nights but only stayed for one night because I couldn’t use the toilet, toilet was very old and dirty lots of hair on the shower walls explained why I was checking out early to the agent at the desk very nice and understanding but said he couldn’t do anything because I paid Expedia, but really couldn’t stayed because I needed to used the toilet and I couldn’t used the one that was in my room, they didn’t even offer to change my room are yo do anything to fix the situation so over paid for a hotel room that don’t even worth fifty dollars a night. I will not book any more hotels on your website.

Please don't let the picture that you see of this hotel fooled you it is nothing like it I did not know that plces like this exist in Jamaica it's dirty in the hallway the room was not too dirty this was the first time for me staying in this kind of hotel I always stay in a fiver star hotel but everywhere was fully booked, but I did not expect that

The property is in a state of total dis repair. The rooms and surroundings are dirty, and in need of a total renovation. The online photos of the property are totally misleading. We had a 3 night stay reserved, but did not stay due to the poor conditions at the property.
