"Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village."

"What a beautiful and well maintained property in a great area. We took a train to Rome to see some of the famous sights, chilled out by the the pool and soaked up the wonderful local towns rich in history and excellent restaurants."

"I spent two weeks with my family in this nice property. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is well equipped, including (besides standard appliances) a modern barbecue and a large flat-screen TV. The house has an ample and well cared garden, with lawn and Mediterranean vegetation and a wonderful pool, which we enjoyed a lot. The property is very well maintained and the area is extremely quiet. We also enjoyed the nice town of Tuscania, with a well-preserved middle age center and...

"Nous avons été accueillis par les hôtes les plus charmants qu’ils soient dans une maison très calme avec une très belle vie et une grande piscine. Tout était impeccable. La maison est une bonne base arrière pour visiter la région d’Orvieto, le nord du Latium, l’ouest de l’Ombrie et le sud de la Toscane. Pour info, il y avait 3 chats (très sympas !). It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. "We were two families and we had the most wonderful week at Mario’s beautiful house. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool is amazing, the house is perfect and rustic. The views of the surrounding area are incredible. The house is on the top of a hill and the road up is very steep. So many things to do nearby, Bagnoregio Civita, Bolsena, Sacro Bosco, cascata Marmore. We had such a great week. Mario was a great host. "

"Lovely quiet location away from tourist areas but still with beautiful places to visit within 1 hour drive. Helps to speak a little Italian but locals very friendly and patient with communication "

"We had a lovely stay thanks to Stella and family’s hospitality and well-kept home. We were two families with kids ranging in age from 9-13 - they didn’t want to leave! Why would you want to with a beautiful pool, horses, dogs, kitties and more?? Plenty of room and then some at this sprawling villa with loads of character. We chose to stay in this area following a cruise coming out of Civitavecchia. The serene and amenity filled property was very welcomed after a crowded cruise. Visited Orvieto...

"Excellent accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Very tranquil and serene while still having easy access to Orvieto, grocery, restaurants, shops, etc. Easy day trips to many locations. We had Chef Thomas meet us on our arrival with Prosecco and appetizers followed by an excellent dinner. Highly recommend. The pool was an added bonus and very refreshing after a day of sightseeing."
