"Beautiful hotel"

" Scenic Location with Some Housekeeping Issues During our recent stay at Crooked Creek, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. However, there were a couple of issues. First, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all during our 4 day visit, and secondly, it took a request to get fresh towels and have the trash removed from our cabin. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still recommend Crooked Creek for its picturesque setting and welcoming atmosphere."

"This is honestly the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. The hotel itself is beautiful and iconic, and the rooms are very nice. However, the Gatehouse building is far from what I would consider a 5-star experience — the common areas and even the hallways clearly need renovation. Nothing that ruins your stay, but it definitely doesn’t match the Fairmont luxury standard. What truly disappointed me is the lack of security: any tourist can freely access the Living Room and common areas,...

"The Saturday evening dinner was the highlight. We dressed up and went up for dinner and I ordered the mushroom ravioli and it was to die for!. Parking is limited to the main hotel entrance but we didn’t mind the walk from the other farther parking lot, the weather and the scenery were perfect for taking it all in!. For some reason the spa was closed and filled with furniture wrapped in blue moving blankets and rows of moving blankets. I hope they have a full renovation happening.!! Be so nice...
