"First off, communication and help and advice from Cam, First Class!! Answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, since we had never been to Ouray. LOCATION is just beautiful, close enough to town for all your needs, walkable for some. Creekside so the sound amazing when sitting outside, deer just walk over to nibble on his grass. Twin Peaks hot springs literally down the street for a day pass to relax. Worth the few extra dollars for the true Hot Springs experience rather than feeling like...

"This property has a deck that faces Elk horn Ave. It was great to place to sit after daily activities and people watch or take in the views. It does have a great location and a nice building, def plenty of room for 2 people. Pack a sleep mask for your eyes because there is a skylight above the bed that is very bright. We did find one that was provided in a bathroom drawer but we had luckily brought some. Overall a beautiful property and a fantastic location. "

"The view is just as advertised, only better in person! The condo is lovely; very clean & comfortable & well furnished with everything you need for a 2 week stay. The bed was so comfortable that I am going to buy the exact mattress for home! It’s very quiet, but accessible to anywhere you want to go. Ann is a wonderful, responsive host & I highly recommend this unit. We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat because of this beautiful condo."

"Great communication with the owners. Really appreciated the property being proactive with our late check-in, and the owners working with us to check out late because of some special circumstances. The pool and hot tub were a highlight- kids enjoyed both with a roll in the snow in between. We were impressed they changed the water in the hot tubs daily- it was very clean. The sauna and community facilities were lovely too. The towels available were awesome so we didn't need to bring ours from...

"My family and I recently went to Breckenridge for a short vacation and stayed in this property. It was fantastically located right off Main Street and we couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommended."

"Overall, our stay good. Normally it would be a great location; downtown, close to resturants, but the street just outside of the apartment was torn up and the access was made more difficult. The other things that were not ready were the sheets were piled on the bed, and it was not made up, In addition, the tv remotes did not work. First, it was the one in the living room and after it was fixed the one in the bedroom quit working. "

"This condo was perfect for our stay. The unit was clean, a short walk to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Property Manager was quick to respond with any questions. "

"Perfect location - right on the river walk and on the edge of town. Close enough to walk everywhere! Parking lot was small and we had a difficult time finding parking, but that was likely due to the influx of visitors for the festival. Unit was exactly as discribed, only questionable thing is when the shower was last cleaned as there was someone's used nose strip in the bottom of the shower. Everything else was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer! We had to contact the owner once...
