"The staff was great"

"We enjoyed our 5 day stay. The room was small but well designed. The bed was very comfortable and the large balcony was perfect with beautiful views. The cool pool was not open while we were there but the large warm pool and two small hot ones were nice, as well as the steam room and dry sauna. The breakfast was good and many dishes from the restaurant were as well. With that said, some dishes lacked flavor like the pasta and a sandwich was not edible. "We always enjoy the uniqueness of the place. Its location is great and the facilities are also good. We noticed an obvious uplift in food quality this year. "

"El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla. La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna. Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso."

"Decoration it is just ok for a, five stars. Too much children's in the spa, it is not a relaxing zone. The hotel it is a in the city , but few kilometers from the city center. Breakfast ok, good quality, with a big variety of sweets, and meals, but no natural orange juice. "
